“Overall, it was a great experience! I was told my car was finished and ready for pick up but insurance had to approve the additional $250 for the repairs that wasn’t yet approved! I had to wait an additional day just to find out that the estimate was agreed upon and that wasn’t the case! I could have had my car the same day the repairs were finished!”

“Update: Once again, had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Fairview in Meridian. As always, they were perfect. This location does such a good job. Used them for more than 30 years. Moved to Nampa six years ago. Tried the Nampa locations. Ugh. Now I drive to Meridian for my oil changes. Special shout out to Larry, the manager at this location. After my oil change in January 2026, I went along happily thinking everything was fine and dandy, until Tuesday, 3/16/26. On my way home from work, my car started overheating. Weird, since it’s not that old (2019 model) and it’s been faithfully maintained. Long story short - the cap was left off the overflow tank and my coolant was bubbling out. After I finally got home, I called Jiffy Lube and talked to Larry. He actually remembered me and sent a technician to my home with coolant to get me safely back on the road. The tech showed up about 20 minutes later, filled everything back up and made sure the cap was back in place, played with my crazy dogs and was kind to me. I’m amazed that the cap rode on top of the battery for six weeks!! And if you’re curious, no - I didn’t notice the cap was still there at first. I sent the pic to my son and he pointed it out. 🫢. Anyway. Thank you Larry! I’ll continue to drive to you for my oil changes!”
