“Francois is amazing! I had an issue in the car wash. I let him know as soon as we got through. He wrote the report and said that someone would call me within three to five days. He actually called me the very next morning. He told me to get it fixed and bring him the receipt. I did just that. Francois is a little faster than me. I didn't provide him the receipt until today, 3/25/24. He phone me yesterday to make sure I was on track and had gotten the issue repaired.Now THAT IS a fantastic customer experience!! They will continue to get my business... even though they are farther away from me.”

“I just got a car wash at Metro Express Car Wash on State Street. It is now my NEW FAVORITE car wash!I've been meaning to try them as they are so close to my house. I arrived about 8:30am and enjoyed their $3.99 EARLY BIRD special! Every place else is a minimum of $10.00 these days, so it's a fantastic deal!The staff person was so welcoming, friendly, polite, informative and helpful. And they didn't ask for a tip! I say that because at another car wash I have frequented for years, they are very upfront about asking for a tip when you are making payment. And while there are team members there, it is a self-serve facility.The other thing I love about this place is they provide actual towels-microfiber and bottles of cleaning fluid, and unlimited vacuum time. The "other place" doesn't even provide wipes anymore.So, go here for your car wash-and get there before 9am and you get the BEST deal in town!”

Excellent value for the interior clean, great customer service, and they picked up my car from work - and returned it. Highly recommend their services!”

“Nice and simple nobody asking for your credit card or if you want a month to month service so they can scratch your paint all up.... for about $8 bucks I was able to pressure wash and apply a protective coat as well as clean the engine bay. Best part was there bays were really clean so there wasn't all that gunk kicking back up onto the car. Thanks!”

“After purchasing gas from the gas pump here, my husband and I saw that this Costco location has a car wash. We have only used the car wash feature at another Costco in California years ago and thought it was great. Since we were on a long road trip from California, my husband's truck was really dirty and in need of a wash. So we figured why not try the car wash here. For only $7.99, my husband bought the car wash while he pumped he gas and then showed his receipt to the employee at the entrance of the car wash and we sat back and watched the show (suds, water, etc). After a short ride, my husband's car was much cleaner than it was prior. Surprisingly much dryer than expected. And no scratches, although other Yelp members had mentioned that they found scratches on their car (we made sure to inspect my husband's car afterwards after seeing the reviews). Overall, this car wash was great at getting a lot of dead bugs off my husband's windshield and car grill.”

“What’s with these one star reviews? Dirty Harry’s was 1 dollar for 3 minutes. Now I think it is 2 dollars to start for 3 minutes but even then it is still cheaper per minute than other places. I lived off Broadway for 3 years and drove for work so often washed my car and Dirty Harry’s is my favorite manual car wash in the Treasure Valley. Everything works. Always soap, always wax, the guy that owns the place is there a lot as well and very attentive to maintaining a great low cost manual car wash.”
