“I've been a loyal customer of On The Fly gas station for the past 15 years. Over the years, I've experienced a range of customer service, and the past couple of years unfortunately, there were times when the service was poor, obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional. This led me to taking my business elsewhere.
However, during my recent visit, I noticed a significant change in the staff. The new employees were incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional, which made my experience much more enjoyable. This positive shift in customer service has restored my faith in On The Fly, and I am happy to say that I will be returning regularly once again.
Kudos to the management for making such a positive change. Keep up the great work!”
“I absolutely Love the lady that run this store. You couldn't get a more accommodating, Beautiful soul and sweet store owner. I have always walked away with a good feeling and customer experience and I go there a lot and have for years now. today I went in and tried to read a label, giggled with her because I couldn't read the label. I am going blind lol. She offered her readers to me and then said," Take em home , I have plenty" She is so sweet. Awhile ago I went in and was looking at lighters, got distracted, bought my stuff and when I got home, realized that light was in my pocket. I a stole it!!!!! on accident. I went back in to pay for it and she wouldn't let me. Honestly goes a long way I guess. this is a 10 star company and shop.”
“Really solid local smoke shop overall ?✨. The store had a good selection of products, prices seemed fair, and the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely appreciated that they answered questions without making anything feel rushed or awkward. The place had that classic neighborhood shop vibe and everything looked organized considering how much inventory they carry. Good spot if you need tobacco products, vape supplies, drinks, or just a quick stop while passing through.”
“They get good people in. Very friendly people who go above and beyond. If you can’t get something to your car they will gel you carry it out and show others the Boise way. The car wash fails to get any dirt off my car. The e gas pumps won’t ever give you the receipt and code if you pay at pump”

“Walked into this place and the staff was so busy talking to each other they don’t notice you walk in. But they have the best cinnamon rolls! And their breakfast burritos are good. Everything else is what you can expect from a gas station. They do sell ice. But if you want to buy fire wood they don’t have it at this location.”

“My dear old friend, Julia, works at this location. She works so hard and has been dedicated to this job for quite a while—all the while having a big smile on her face. She’s always been a very positive person no matter what. She is very helpful and kind to anyone she encounters. This Jackson’s specifically is one of my favorite locations to go to. Simply because of the great staff, the cleanliness, and the good deals. I also get to visit with Julia whenever I come in for snacks. So that’s a plus.”

“I always have a good experience when coming to this location. I don't shop at Walgreen's often so when I do I usually have to ask for help finding something. I seem to always go in there when a particular employee is working, Serenity is what her name tag said I believe, and she is just the most helpful person. She always stops what she's working on to take me right to the product I asked about and even gives me several different options to consider if they are available. I stopped in last night to pick up some soda and an online order from the photo department and I wasn't disappointed. She helped me locate their packs of soda and assisted in getting the photo order. The photo order itself was for a collage of photos I had designed and uploaded to have printed on a wood panel 8 X 10. It turned out even better than expected, extremely high quality on the photos even though the photo resolution wasn't that great to begin with, and with the coupon I found online it was only $12. Plus, I placed the order at about 4 pm and it was ready to go when I arrived at 8 pm the same day. Well worth the money and I will be using that service again in the future. So, overall this is a great location. Very clean, well stocked, hasn't been super busy any time I've been in there, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!!”

Every time I go in to simply grab a Yerba mate or get gas I watch him make every single customer in the gas station laugh and feel great including my self. This guy deserves a raise or better yet a six figure job offer!”
“Came in today realizing i was about .09 cents short of getting my usual breakfast sandwiches which are pretty good for a gas station and Hope at customer service was very pleasant and willingly gave me the few cents i needed to help me buy my breakfast before i headed into work. “A pleasant experience. Store and bathrooms were very clean. Merchandise was organized on the shelves. Ladies at the counter were sweet and helpful. I really like the table in the second half of the store so you can sit and relax and get a reprieve from the heat.”
