Public storage was all arranged on line and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything went quickly and I would recommend Public Storage services!

It says one dollar. Has alot of hidden fees and insurance. It really comes out to the monthly payment starting w the first month. It is 65 or what you choose a month from month one.The start. Not bad storage, like the facility and staff. Have used much better storage sheds at better prices for the first month in the area. I suggest shop around and don't get fooled bye this 1$ move in.

I called to ask about the recent increase in rent. Since I am out of the country for an indeterminate amount of time, I was unsure about what I could do from so far away. The customer service experience was awesome - Tommy was very patient and understanding of my situation. He negotiated a discount for me for a few months, explained my policy to me, and gave me some recommendations on my account. Nice chat too!

Bought a storage unit on auction that was listed as "manager special"
This was a complete scam as the manager actually filled the unit with all of their trash rather than dealing with it themselves. They placed everything in there to look nice, when in fact it was all JUNK
This was a very rude thing to do and not a good business practice. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great experience! Would use this company again in a heartbeat! Easy to rent and due to something happening, was very easy to cancel without any problems. Very clean units and streamlined operation. I recommend whole heartedly!

I had an excellent experience with Public Storage! From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, guiding me through every step. Being able to rent a unit online and just show up and move in the same day!?? Awesome!!! The facility was clean and well-maintained, and accessing my unit was a breeze. I especially appreciated how easy it is to use the gate code via the app—super convenient. For anyone looking for a reliable storage solution, I highly recommend Public Storage!

I have been in this unit for 3 years and in that time I have complained about mouse poop all over everything in my storage several times with no response to my concern. Due to the recent increase that brought my 5' by 10' unit to 182.00 a month. so don't believe the web site that price is to get you to move in then you can be stuck paying their ridiculous increases. If you complain about the increase they will check with someone and get you price reduction for 6 months, but only if you complain. I am sorry these people are not the kind of people I want to do business with ever again.

This storage unit is so convenient and easily accessible! I love how they provide a lock and keys when you open the unit the first time and Sandra called me to make sure everything went well when we moved in. I highly recommend this as a place to store your stuff!

This storage facility has the cameras and a Kiosk, which is good because they rarely have anyone there in person. That's not the worst part though! I rented a 10 by 20 unit in March of 2021 for $175 to hold all of my household goods after selling my home and we packed it! The following December (9mos) my rent went up to $221. In December of 2022 my rent went to $281. The following November it raised yet again to $318!! Another unit I have at another facility has only gone up maybe $25 for a climate controlled unit in the previous time frame mentioned above. I finally had to spend to money to move all of my stuff (at the expense of $500!) to a facility off of Eagle Rd (SP where my other unit is) for a rental price of $146! If you're ok with your rent going up and up and up ($143 in 2yrs 8mos), and not being able to speak to someone during normal hours, this place is for you! But if you like spending your money on other things, look around!
