“As a fan of biking and recycling things instead of just tossing them in the bin, this place is fantastic!! Recently went down there for no reason in particular and found carbon bars for the low low. The economy is wayyy to bad to buy anything new so go here, the vibes are way better anyways. Shout out to the crew over there!”

“I love this shop! The collection they have curated is interesting and I like reading about the countries and artists represented. It's not in a typical shopping destination area, but it's close to everything downtown and is worth the side trip.”

“The Peregrine Fund is a very special organization! They assist endangered Raptors / Birds of Prey all over the world. They research why specific species of Raptors are failing, and go all-in to help restore them! This special facility in Boise is the one place you can come and see up close and personal Raptors from all over the world. Awesome staff, fabulously knowledgeable volunteers. Definitely worth the time!”

“I have not yet visited the 'school' / 'learning experiment lab' called, Stone One, in Idaho but based on their video; their values and philosophy I'd say they are far ahead of the 'education' game and that the world WILL soon indeed be a better place because of them!!”

“I've never felt so at home or that I belong/am meant to be somewhere. Dana's Dharma Talks are easy to digest and resonate well, she's extremely wise but also speaks lightly and uses humor often. In parting with this Sangha I always feel like my lenses and heart are wiped clean. It's one stop in my week that no matter what is going on in my life I make it and am always grateful when I depart. ☸️”

“Love finding odds and ends here. However do you close at 6pm like the door and Google hours say? OR do you close at 5:45, 5:50 so your staff can leave right at 6pm? Because TWICE now (on a Thursday) I have come by at those exact times and doors LOCKED. Workers are inside. Just locking doors early. Very frustrating for those who get off and are rushing traffic to make it for a quick run in. Just to find it already closed early. Very FRUSTRATING!!”

“Our son was diagnosed dyslexic in 4th grade, reading at a 2nd grade level. We started tutoring then and by 6th grade he was caught up with his peers AND had gained an unmeasurable amount of confidence. This is one expense we will never regret, well worth every penny!”

“We've shopped at different HfH restores in many states and this one is pretty nice. It's well organized, clean, well lit, and the prices are great. I love that the doors have sizes written on them and most everything is priced clearly. The staff is nice and super helpful. Ricky was awesome, he knew about so many products that were in the store, where they were and what he had in stock! There is plenty of parking even if you have a trailer. ** They even have monthly specials, this month is 50% off hardwood flooring, 10% off tile, and tables and chairs were discounted also!!!”

“What can I saw about what I know about Girl Scouts is their cookies they sell each year to bring in money to support the on going Girl Scouts association. They do have a very nice headquarters here in Boise I feel is a bit to fancy and probably cast a pretty amount of money to keep it operating and the grounds. The girls really enjoy making new friends and they learn skills they can use for the rest of their lives.”

“For dinner and lunch sometimes can we have nachos without mushrooms and hot peppers. I'm allergic to mushrooms and others are allergic to mushrooms and hot peppers. A lot of females love chocolate cake and watermelon. I'm not allergic to either one. I prefer chocolate chip cake. What about homemade ravioli? I'm allergic to jelly and peanut butter. I'm allergic to a lot of different coffees too, shrimp and coconut. Water chestnut I'm not allergic to I see no use for it but I will swallow it.”

“Great staff, always friendly, helpful and keeping it clean.. As with many gyms, there are busy times. If that’s bothersome just avoid rush hour, otherwise access is fine.”

“After a death and separately hospitalization in the family we were very desperate to rehome 2 dogs and 2 cats. We could take in one of the dogs but were unable to rehome the others. After being turned away from other shelters, Bri from the humane society took the time to listen to our story and was very helpful. I am extremely grateful to the people at the humane society as we were overwhelmed with funeral arrangements, emotional stress and making long term care arrangements.”

“They're amazing to work with, and get help from. They have many services and they barley charge anything. They get everything to the best of their ability and a timely manner considering everything crazy going on right now.Wether that is legal services or related to immigration, the place is the best. Many refugees though expect much more of what the place can offer, due to the fact that they have a very false narrative of how things are in the U.S. before coming here, yet regardless, IRC always try the best to give the best services they can, and they always deliver.Compared to other offices in other states, the boise IRC office is in the top 3 for sure in my opinion!”
