“So I am incredibly horrible at all things tech! I got horribly hacked on my pc when, I called my bank to alert them to put my accounts on high security alert, the bank guy recommended I take my computer to David so he could run diagnostics to see what damage had been done. I took it up to Hardcore computers that very day and David was amazing! He was able to spend time figuring out what the damage was and got me out of the weeds. David was so patient, kind and respectful because I felt so stupid for falling for the scam that led to the hack. I told him he will now officially be my go-to tech guy from that day forward. If you need computer help David is the guy you want!!”

“Came in from out of town on business. Mission critical server in my trailer decided it didn't want to boot up. Walked in with the server in hand, they identified a bad RAM stick as the culprit and had me back up and running (even had older/rare RAM in stock!) in under 2 hours. Looks like they had lots of gaming rig stuff in there, but I needed a work computer fixed, and they got me covered. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!! Nice, professional, and quick. Thanks guys!!!”
“I only went here to go to build a bear but the staff were very kindAnd it was a very nice experience also for some reason I stayed there for over 20 minutes and (I got there 2 mins before closing ?) it seemingly didn't close until I got out because most of the stores weren't closed but anyway, yes it was a very nice experience”

“These guys repaired my liquid damaged Macbook pro in just a few days, at a price that fit a student's budget. All that the employees at the Mac store in the mall did was say I would need to pay $700 for cleaning and maintenance and repair; for another $200, I could just buy a new Macbook air.”
“I have to give a good reveiw for this specific store because the staff were really friendly and extremely competent, I wish I asked for their names because they were very professional and friendly, but I would like people to know corprate is absolutely abysmal. I went inside because I placed two online orders at 5 pm and one got approved within 30 minutes while the second order placed 10 seconds later never got approved. This specific store was amazing and the customer service with both employees and managers was amazing, it was just very upsetting to hear that higher ups didnt approve both purchases and only one which caused major complications in my schedule.
Corprate can't approve orders past 5pm (so never order after then if your wanting something same day) for some reason which is extremely upsetting when I have very specific deadlines that I already accounted for based off of availability (it said ready in less than one hour) and time and yet specifically corprate isn't able to process orders that would make then multiple thousands of dollars whatsoever leaving an extremely disappointing experience. For a basic experience the people on the floor are amazing yet the people responsible for the entire company have let me down as I would have rather built my own pc without the company upcharge if I wasn't going to get it the same day.
This store and everyone there are amazing but Best Buy is not so I do not recommend supporting their business in any way especially if you are reliant on time and have to crunch your work because of someone else's mistake :(

“First I took it to a very helpful guy who guessed wrong on the problem and would not do mini soldering. Daniel at Four Corners was through and helpful- I didn't know if it could be done easily but they figured out the problem on the mother board quickly and within a week my computer was good again. Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced - they did a great job.”
