The other computer was a used and reconditioned Desktop computer. I also bought a used but still in good working order monitor, a new web-cam, and a new keyboard.I found the service provided by Sara and Terry to be of the highest quality, (As it was over 20 years ago; when I first visited Basic Computer Center) I was also just as pleased with both computers. “Very friendly and easy to work with! My all-in-one computer stopped turning on. It was an older computer. The motherboard's power supply was fried, unfixable in any computer shop. They were able to transfer my old hard drives data onto a laptop I brought in, transferred the settings and passwords. Essentially my old computers desktop and settings were now on my new laptop. It was a painless process for me, and they turned around the project within two days.”
