Eberlestock is an incredible company with amazing products and great gear that just plain works. The entire team and customer service are all amazing, going above and beyond to help. They are very responsive to email and extremely helpful, providing fantastic customer service with no resistance. The products feature great design and quality merchandise with a lifetime warranty. While some find it slightly disappointing to see a foreign place of origin, the company is noted as a military family company. The shop in Boise has great folks who provide perfect recommendations and clean set ups, totally resetting pack fits and offering helpful upgrades. They are good people doing good things, making great stuff that receives a high recommendation.
Excellent service. The pack I wanted was in stock.I just wish it was made locally. I’d pay the price.

I had issues with the water bladder zipper but, their seamstress said it was not repairable. The Eberlestock team helped me out with a new pack with no resistance. This is great customer service. Keep it up Eberlestock!
