“I bought a bike from Al’s recently at a great price and they did all the custom adjustments for my new bike for free!I took my bike in months later with gear clicking issues and a ruined seat from a crash and Domo also took care of my bike then as well!Highly recommend Al's sporting goods for any of your outdoor Idahoian gear needs! “I ended up at Waterski Pro Shop based on a recommendation from a trusted friend who's bought multiple boats from these guys, and wow… he was absolutely right. These guys are the real deal.
We purchased a new MB B52 Alpha 23’, and working with Justin and Jake has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. They know their products inside and out, but what really stood out to me was the level of service after the sale. As a new boat owner, there’s a lot to learn, and they’ve gone above and beyond helping me understand the boat, dialing things in, and spending time on the water making sure I know how everything works and operates properly.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want people to enjoy the experience — not just make a sale and move on.
Honestly, I can’t think of another buying and service experience that’s been this positive. Highly recommend Waterski Pro Shop, Justin, and Jake if you’re in the market for a boat.”

“Was recommended to this place by another business because I wanted to make a shirt for father's day but not many businesses in Boise sell products in just singular rather than bulk. Good, cheap price to make the shirt and they got it to me within a day. I had trouble finding their business hours but when they emailed me the product was ready for pickup they informed me I could pick my order up 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. I wish I'd had cash on me to express my gratitudes but it was 5 star service so 5 stars is what I'll give them. Thank you Rule Studios.”

If you need clothing, sneakers, golf clubs, hiking equipment, kayaks, fishing stuff, baseball gloves, footballs, a basketball hoop, camping gear, bicycles, and RIFLES + ammunition, well this is the place to get it.
The selection is enormous and you can spend all day and your entire savings here in one go. ;-)”

The only reason it's not a review about the backpack is because I have not had the backpack long enough to give a solid review on it yet. If you were between a couple different brands of packs and customer service was a deciding factor for you, this review is telling you that Eberlestock is the pack to choose. Incredible customer service, fast responses, and some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've dealt with. They make everything so extremely easy and I could not be happier with how I have been treated. My first impressions on all of the products are extremely positive as well. “I’ve been a customer of McU Sports for many years now. This week I decided it was time to get some new skis and bindings. I thought my old boots were fine since they were “comfortable”. At their suggestion, I decided to get my feet measured and try on some new boots. Turns out I didn’t know what comfortable or good was until I bought some new custom fitted boots. I just went skiing for the first time with my new gear. Goodness!! I should have upgraded a long time ago. Skiing was glorious and I can’t wait for the fun years to come! Thanks to Tim for all of his help over the years and helping me pull the trigger on these new skis! Glad that Chuck was there to elevate my ski equipment IQ so I could make the obvious right decision to get into the right gear for me. Thanks guys!!”
“Went to Dead-On Archery to get my bow serviced, and as soon as Paul picked up my bow he immediately noticed what Scheels had messed up. After explaining what their archery department told me, Paul showed me what was actually going on and helped me realize it wasn’t set up correctly. I ended up taking the bow back to Scheels and got a full refund.
After that, I went back to Dead-On Archery and Paul helped me find the right bow for me. He had me shoot five different bows and explained the pros and cons of each one. I ended up choosing the Hoyt AX-3.
Paul is awesome, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I told him I was working with a budget, and he respected that while still making sure I was set up the right way. Thanks to Paul and everyone at the shop, I now feel confident and comfortable going into this upcoming hunting season. Really thankful for all the help!”

“Me and my husband loved shopping here! We've both run marathons and trail runs and we were both in need of some new shoes.
Shoes: lots of options including Mount to Coast, Altras, Saucony, Hoka, etc (Road & Trail Running Shoes)
Customer Service: very helpful at trying different shoes & help with tying/ putting on different styles and brands. Also very knowledgeable!
There is no treadmill, but there are options to test your foot and how you walk. There's also a nice strip of sidewalk and mulch outside to test out the shoes!
Other Equipment: we didn't check out too much of the other equipment, but there was also clothing, socks, hydration and nutrition, anti-chafing glides, running vests and belts, etc.
Special Note: due to the timing we needed to bring in our young kids. The staff were so helpful and patient with them and it made the experience so much better!
We recommend this running store 100%- will be returning when we need new shoes!”
