I was in Boise during a camp relocation during my archery elk season. As a long standing user of the Eberlestock main frame pack system, I was looking for a way to upgrade my 3-4 day pack set up and figured why not hit up the source. I walked in and Tucker jumped all over my existing pack set up, asked a few key questions, and proceeded to add buckles and the new Vapor 2500 to my pack. Absolutely perfect fit for my needs and a really clean set up. Tucker also replaced my rangefinder pocket that had been updated to solve a closing issue. Absolutely amazing. Then he wouldn’t let me leave the shop without checking then totally resetting my pack fit. Sergio helped out with the checkout and during a discussion of some pieces of Eberlestock clothing I have, he suggested an upgrade to the Cascade tech layer. Love all of this. Fantastic customer service. Great gear that just plain works. I totally recommend Eberlestock and their shop in Boise. Great folks making great stuff. Thank you!

Great products and design. Slightly disappointing to see a foreign place of origin tag in my pack. Military family company should be USA made. I'd be wto spend the extra money.

Tucker helped me out with my purchase. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He asked me some questions and recommended the perfect pack. Eberlestock has quality merchandise with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend the store and Tucker!

We have no less than 10 of their bags. Not cheap, but worth it, the highest quality around. You will not need another company. They have something for every possible situation.

I recently purchased the M5 Rocky Mountain elk pack from these folks since they are a local company. I turned around and used it over the long weekend for two elk. It was literally the worst pack I have used. I called to explain my displeasure and was told I could get %40 off another pack. After thinking about it I couldn’t give a company who doesn’t stand behind their product more of my hard earned money. If your an avid outdoorsmen save your money and get something else!With that being said their staff was polite and courteous through all our interactions. They just don’t stand behind their products. If your looking for decent packs to actually move meat this probably isn’t the place. Although I haven’t tried their main frame system which may be much better. But if it’s not you’ve got their guarantee they won’t do much of anything for you the consumer.Just a follow up. After telling my story on instagram which was pretty much the same as this review, they called me. They again offered %40 off another pack. Jackson (not sure if this is the correct spelling) was super nice and personable. They simply will absolutely not stand behind their products. They are absolutely profit driven and do not care about their consumers. They then didn’t like the negative posts on instagram and blocked me. It is their page after all and have that right. Buyer beware.

Outstanding packs and customer service. I've owned their gunslinger 2 for years and wanted to get a larger ruck for my military needs. I ordered a pack that I needed ASAP and Jordan took care of me to make sure that I got my pack quickly.

I have been wanting a high end backpack but wanted to try them on and talk to a rep but most of the high end packs are hard to find in brick and mortar stores. So i was excited when visiting a friend in boise to see this store.I went in sunday afternoon memorial day weekend and was the only potential customer in the store. The one employee said hi and went right back to reading a book with his feet on a desk while petting his dog. I looked at a few packs and gave him time to ask if i had any questions or needed help but he never got up from his desk/book. I thanked him for his "help" on my way out.For the price i would expect good customer service, but I got no customer service. I wonder if whoever signs this guys paychecks knows they are just giving their money away and not getting work back in return.I guess I'll be going with a mystery ranch instead.

Their brick and mortar store never seems to be open. I double check the hours and show up to locked doors and/or a hand written sign; what I don’t understand is this was the Saturday after a week of new product launches. You’d think they’d make sure doors were open. When calling the store to verify hours, it goes straight to VM. I was able to get a hold of a CS rep to ask about certain products, and also asked if they were open during the listed hours. He kinda responded like I was crazy for asking that question. The one time I caught the store open, i wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help (I was one of two customers). The company makes SOLID gear, but retail store either needs to close, or have a hard look. I’d give 0 stars, but I love my F1 Mainframe.
