Eberlestock is an incredible company with amazing products and great gear that just plain works. The entire team and customer service are all amazing, going above and beyond to help. They are very responsive to email and extremely helpful, providing fantastic customer service with no resistance. The products feature great design and quality merchandise with a lifetime warranty. While some find it slightly disappointing to see a foreign place of origin, the company is noted as a military family company. The shop in Boise has great folks who provide perfect recommendations and clean set ups, totally resetting pack fits and offering helpful upgrades. They are good people doing good things, making great stuff that receives a high recommendation.
Stopped by the store in Boise and had a great time with the staff they were very helpful, can’t wait to visit them again.

Great factory store, lots to choose from and get hands-on for the best pack that fits your needs. I got a bino harness and a couple of shirts, and my son got two backpacks. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend and shop there again.

Love this place! Very high quality packs, pouches, shirts and jackets. Have been shopping her for a couple years. They take really good care of military guys.
