The community of people who frequent the store are great to sit down and play with. You would be missing out if you didn’t visit at least once.”

“I love this Michaels! I've had numerous stops here the past couple months to make DIYs for my wedding. Whenever I order online, they have the order ready for me within just a few hours. They're so quick, and the process to pick up your online orders is so seamless. There was a mixup of paint colors with one of my last online orders, but it wasn't a big deal. You can find just about anything here to satisfy your crafting needs, and everyone you encounter here is extremely friendly!”
“I had a pickup order at Michaels, and I mistakenly ordered a balloon garland thinking it came pre-assembled. Kayden kindly explained the misunderstanding, but instead of just sending me on my way, she immediately jumped in to help. She went above and beyond by helping me put together my own garland quickly so I could still make it to my birthday event on time.
Laura was just as wonderful. She made the return and checkout process so easy and was incredibly sweet throughout the entire experience. She also took the time to help me understand how to use my Michaels account, even though I’ve had it for years and never knew how to find my rewards, purchases, or navigate everything. She was so patient and made sure I left not only stress-free but actually knowing how to use my account going forward.
Both Kayden and Laura kept apologizing for the misunderstanding, even though it was completely my mistake. Their kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help completely turned what could have been a very stressful situation into such a pleasant experience.
I truly appreciate the care they showed me on my birthday. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their positive attitudes genuinely made my day. Michaels is lucky to have employees like Kayden and Laura. Thank you both for going above and beyond!”
