“Older hotel that has been kept up and offers many amenities you won’t find in newer hotel chains. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, beautiful, large lobby with a fountain and fireplace with lots of couches and chairs to chat with friends. Hot tub, steam room was a bonus. They have a nice selection of drinks and snacks for sale so no need to run to a gas station. The breakfast buffet was incredible and included. The room price was a great value on the weekend. We’ll stay here again?”

“I had an excellent stay! The breakfast was fantastic, and the outdoor heated pool felt amazing especially in the freezing temperatures. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also loved that there were so many restaurants within walking distance. It was an all-around excellent experience, and I will definitely stay here again!”

“Can’t say enough good about this hotel. The rooms, location, and facility in general are excellent, but they have the friendliest staff. I’ve stayed here a couple times, and every time had the same experience of wonderful care and service.”

“Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfy.
Nearby activities: We stayed at the grove to go to a concert at the Egyptian theater. Walking distance so it was fantastic!!!
Food and drinks: We had a night cap. At the bar in the Grove. Lovely gal working the bar. We also ate at the Trillium at the Grove for a very nice breakfast.”
“Ten minutes away from the terminal, fantastic staff and room service, and the area right around the hotel is so nice! Families walking around with their kids and dogs, everything is so clean and orderly! It's priced so reasonably, yet the quality is above expectations all around! I'm recommending to my company that this be our designated hotel whenever we have operations in this region!
Rooms: Consistent room service and amenities, even without request! Sheets are nice and clean. Everything works (lights, coffee maker, ethernet port) and the charger ports are nicely grounded. The TVs aren't accessibility-locked like most hotels, so I can actually use my own console and laptop with the big screen if I like.
Nearby activities: There's a family-friendly park *literally* right across the street from the hotel's front door, maybe a three-minute walk.
Safety: Everything is clean and well-lit, there's no unsavory characters that have wandered thru at any point during a 6-day stay.
Walkability: I didn't walk anywhere, I'm too lazy. Families do, though! Every day, you can see people who live around here enjoying the space and running their dogs for exercise, and it's a refreshing dose of care-free community compared to Little Rock.
Food and drinks: They've got a lovely little commissary nook right beside the check-in desk, and the kitchen facilities are amazing! Make your own waffles, a large selection of fruits, muffins, cereals, and yogurt, along with plentiful coffee and milk!
Noteworthy details: The lobby has that special home quality that makes you untense your shoulders after a long day of driving, especially the little fireplace beneath the TV.”

“This is a fun place for a date night local stay. They have elaborately decorated suites with large spa tubs. This room was "Swiss Family Robinson." You get to sleep in a tromp loi painted scene, in a treehouse. The tub has an elephant looking down at you. The trunk is a shower. (Why does this deserted island have an elephant? Haha) The place has a great breakfast too.”
“We don’t usually stay in hotels, but during the Fourth of July, our neighbors tend to set off a lot of fireworks, and we have a dog who gets very anxious. So, we’ve made it a tradition to book a hotel room for the night to give our pup (and ourselves!) a peaceful place to rest. This was our third time staying at this location, and each time has been great—clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
This visit, we did run into a bit of a noise issue with a very loud and disruptive guest upstairs. They were stomping around, slamming doors, and making quite a bit of noise. We waited a couple of hours, hoping it would calm down, but it only got worse. When we finally reached out to the front desk, the staff handled it quickly, kindly, and professionally. Noise from other guests isn’t the hotel’s fault, but how they respond to situations like that says a lot—and they handled it wonderfully. After that, the rest of our stay was lovely and quiet.
We also noticed they’ve updated the rooms since our last visit—they look fantastic! Overall, we’re very happy with all of our stays here, and especially this one. We’ll definitely be back again!”
“Great staff. Very clean. Did I mention great staff?! We usually stay with a different chain but found Best Western more common on our trip to the east coast. Every stay was great...but this location was the best. The only Best Western location that let us park our bikes under the canopy in front. The best, most helpful and real staff of our stays at any location. Very clean. Big rooms. Updated. I had been looking for outdoor seating for our whole trip and this was the first place that met all of my requirements for a firepit close to my motorcycle. You won't regret paying for the comfort and happiness here.”

“All natural spring water straight from the rocks! What could be better?! And the owners are pretty darn awesome too! Only water I have been drinking for 6 years now.”
“Great accommodation for the price. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. Proximity to airport was spectacular and arranging for pick up and drop off made the whole stay a breeze. Loved the cleanliness of the room and property.”
“We unexpected had to book three rooms at the Residence Inn this past weekend, after the VRBO we booked for a family wedding fell through. My elderly mother has some specific needs and Steve, the General Manager, went above and beyond to locate a chair for her to sleep in. He and his team were kind, friendly and very accommodating. We can’t thank them enough for taking good care of us, on what had been a very stressful weekend.Rooms: Nice and clean.”

“Nice hotel right in downtown Boise. Clean comfortable rooms. Free breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant called Bistro that's open for dinner until 10 pm. Parking for a fee.”
“Pleasantly surprised. Well maintained, clean hotel with large rooms. Everything looks brand new. I enjoyed spending time at the "Deck" on the 3rd floor, listening to live music, drinking a Deschutes Black Butte Porter, munching on a "Cocky Balboa" chicken sandwich and taking in the views of downtown Boise, with views of the Capitol from the Deck. Kids enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves. Breakfast is average, but I really enjoyed the coffee. Parking garage is on the small size but we didn't have any problems finding a spot. It was not a BSU football game weekend, which probably is why it wasn't too crowded. Convenient to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping, parks, etc.”

“Not bad at all. Maybe on the lower end of Fairfield quality, but I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again if I were back in town. It's close enough to the airport and they offer free shuttle.”
“Clean rooms but it may be time to update the mattresses. Poor guy at breakfast was struggling to keep up. No clean tables and our "made to order" breakfast was pulled off the bar except our pancakes. Potatoes, sausage, and bacon were cold.”

“Great place to stay for the price. Free breakfast till 10:00 am. Took my AAA membership for about 10% off. Good service, breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Downtown Bosie is like 10min away and it's close to the airport. I'd stay there again. Hard to beat for the price.”

“Just stayed with our three kids. Our King suite with fold out couch was perfect for our toddlers and the room had plenty of space for our pack n play for the baby. The pool was super warm and fantastic. Loved it, perfect way to let the kids get their energy out after a long road trip. We decided to sleep and so missed breakfast, but that is okay. Would stay here again.”
“If the option was there to do 4.5 Stars, I would have done so, the rooms are fantastic except for the bathroom itself, you almost have to be a contortionist to be able to get in the bathroom and close the door, it requires you to stand on the other side of the toilet to close the door.”

“Needed a hotel close to airport for 2 nights so was a anticipating a below average experience. Was pleasantly surprised by a nice atmosphere. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool was ok and a decent breakfast. Was happy to find out they have laundry room which I usually don't need until that night...but disappointed it wasn't working for months. So that's my only gripe really.”

“I felt very safe in this hotel - The Airport inn - and slept very well in thecomfortable rooms I booked. I was on the 1st floor for April 27 & 28 and on the 2nd floor for May 4, 2023. Both rooms were very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Their breakfast foods were delicious and I was very glad to get decaf coffee. (They are also next door to Denny’s Restaurant.) This hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the Boise Airport, but they offer a complimentary shuttle so you can be driven to or from the airport if you just call and ask. The staff is busy but they take time out to answer your questions and do so in a friendly, professional manner. I would stay at Airport Inn again the next time I visit Boise. ?Noteworthy details: There is a public bus that stops right outside Airport Inn and this bus takes you to downtown Boise from Monday-Saturday, but for some reason unknown to me, public buses do not run on Sundays! ?”

“Super cool little place. The room was amazing and super comfortable. The shower and amenities in the room exceeded our expectations. The drinks at the bar were absolutely delicious. The people were all very kind and welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious and super surprising to be included in the price of the room. Also, lots of good, hot, free coffee! I will be staying here again next time I find myself in the area.”
