Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square offers a fantastic, very spacious room in a really great location near a mall, Target, and lots of restaurants. The staff are really nice, friendly, very helpful, and provide awesome customer service. The gym is well kept and the pool is clean. There is a ton of parking in a very well lit lot. However, the hotel is old. The bathroom is tiny, making it difficult to close the door. The shower was gross and the bath towels are tiny and old. Cleanliness could be improved, with issues like dust and hair noted. The complimentary breakfast is extremely disappointing, often not replenished, and lacks items offered at other locations. The internet is terrible and the parking lot, while ample, is off a busy road and hard to get into. Despite these flaws, for the price, it is a great choice.
