“Was very accommodating, I had to wash some baby bottles and needed dish soap. They were able to find me some even tho I know it’s not a common guest request. Also, had the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve been to. Would recommend the biscuits and gravy. The social hour with a free drink is nice but wish they had more non alcoholic options.”

“Our family has stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Boise multiple times, and each visit leaves us even more impressed than the last. The hotel is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes traveling with a family so much easier and more enjoyable.
What really sets this location apart is the outstanding service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making every stay a great experience. We also love the convenient location—it's just a short drive from downtown Boise, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer while still having a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
It's not often that a hotel consistently exceeds expectations, but Home2 Suites Boise continues to do just that. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will absolutely continue to stay here on future trips. Five stars from our family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Tamara and all the ladies at this hotel were above and beyond amazing to my son and I. We didn’t have. Great experience in Boise County, but we had a great experience at simple suites and for that will forever be grateful. They are angels and made our day a lot more comfortable than anywhere we’ve ever been. We are grateful for the girls there. Keep up the good work.”

“Excellent hotel. Randy at the front desk took great care of me. The rooms were clean and I didn’t experience the scented cleaning products from others have mentioned. Though it’s not right by the airport, it was a quick and easy drive - less than 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was as good and abundant as any I’ve had it any hotel. The cost was very reasonable.”

“I rate this hotel ???? out of ?????. It's borderline ???. The bed was ok as my back didn't hurt until early morning. The pool was like a maze to get to but they do not let you take the towels back so my kids had to give them back. The parking garage is just not good. Too tight and too many odd spots. Our coffee maker didn't work either.”
“Everything really was wonderful. The hotel was clean and welcoming, as were the staff! Kekoa & (Sir) Nick at the Front Desk, Tracey the General Manager, (King) Gabe Property Maintenance shout out! Pleasantly surprised to discover a steam room and sauna in the hot tub area, which is set up beautifully. The hotel itself is located right off the freeway across from a TA truck stop. They actually share somewhat of a parking area. There are food offerings in the lobby as well as sundry items and then across at the truck stop. You do have a country pride restaurant as well as a Subway and Taco Bell. There is a view of table Rock just FYI, if you know you know!”

“The rooms are a little outdated, I wish they had usb chargers available and the living room area wasn’t so clinical but overall it was good. The best part of the stay was the breakfast room attendant. I was getting myself breakfast with a baby and she was so helpful to come over and offer to help me with my waffle instead of me trying to do it 1 handed. I really appreciated this level of hospitality. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.”

“We don’t usually stay in hotels, but during the Fourth of July, our neighbors tend to set off a lot of fireworks, and we have a dog who gets very anxious. So, we’ve made it a tradition to book a hotel room for the night to give our pup (and ourselves!) a peaceful place to rest. This was our third time staying at this location, and each time has been great—clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
This visit, we did run into a bit of a noise issue with a very loud and disruptive guest upstairs. They were stomping around, slamming doors, and making quite a bit of noise. We waited a couple of hours, hoping it would calm down, but it only got worse. When we finally reached out to the front desk, the staff handled it quickly, kindly, and professionally. Noise from other guests isn’t the hotel’s fault, but how they respond to situations like that says a lot—and they handled it wonderfully. After that, the rest of our stay was lovely and quiet.
We also noticed they’ve updated the rooms since our last visit—they look fantastic! Overall, we’re very happy with all of our stays here, and especially this one. We’ll definitely be back again!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great, very accommodating. A fair amount of highway noise, ask for a room on the side opposite the road. The bathroom light could be a different band, needs to be cool white, bright for my needs.”
“There was a lot of construction going on so it was extremely loud. They were drilling in every room. Loud music and the fridge did not work which wasted some food but otherwise the beds were extremely comfortable the room was nice and so was the staff.”
“Pleasantly surprised. Well maintained, clean hotel with large rooms. Everything looks brand new. I enjoyed spending time at the "Deck" on the 3rd floor, listening to live music, drinking a Deschutes Black Butte Porter, munching on a "Cocky Balboa" chicken sandwich and taking in the views of downtown Boise, with views of the Capitol from the Deck. Kids enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves. Breakfast is average, but I really enjoyed the coffee. Parking garage is on the small size but we didn't have any problems finding a spot. It was not a BSU football game weekend, which probably is why it wasn't too crowded. Convenient to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping, parks, etc.”

“Stayed at the Marriott in Boise during a long drive, and it was exactly what I needed. The room was comfortable and quiet, making it easy to get a really good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was also a nice highlight. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stopover. “I have no idea why this hotel exists but I am so glad it does. We stayed in a barn-themed room that was spacious, functional and immaculately prepared, in addition to being filled with taxidermy chickens, horse tack, a fake fire and a shower that poured from a windmill sluice. Breakfast was served at our door. The staff were terrific. Can’t wait to have a reason to return and try out another theme.”
“Very nice facility, great entrance. However, the room wasn't as I expected. For as good as everything else looked it was a little dirtier than I would expect, it's not horrible. It was a doable option. Wasn't so bad that I wouldn't sleep there. But i'm kind of a clean freak. Loved the pillows, large tv, good size refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.”

“I stayed here a few weeks ago, and let me say when I showed up, I was frazzled. My children were screaming like banshees, I couldn't find all my luggage, I was being asked a million questions and I was close to imploding (I was literally 2 seconds from pulling out all my hair). But this wonderful angel, her name was Melanie, saw my distress and just knew. She immediately stepped in and helped me. The mom in me has never been so grateful. She was great with my kids, helped everyone find everything, and was able to answer all the questions everyone had. This woman deserves a raise, and i highly recommend staying here just because the workers are amazing.”

“I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my lifetime, and this is by far one of the best ones. Kobe at the front desk helped me out when booking.com couldnt. He was super nice and helped me get a room at 3 in the morning. The cleaning staff were wonderful as well! All of the staff were very sweet and understanding with my dog (who is super anxious.) Very pet friendly hotel, super clean rooms, and a nice bed. 10/10”

“If the option was there to do 4.5 Stars, I would have done so, the rooms are fantastic except for the bathroom itself, you almost have to be a contortionist to be able to get in the bathroom and close the door, it requires you to stand on the other side of the toilet to close the door.”

“I felt very safe in this hotel - The Airport inn - and slept very well in thecomfortable rooms I booked. I was on the 1st floor for April 27 & 28 and on the 2nd floor for May 4, 2023. Both rooms were very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Their breakfast foods were delicious and I was very glad to get decaf coffee. (They are also next door to Denny’s Restaurant.) This hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the Boise Airport, but they offer a complimentary shuttle so you can be driven to or from the airport if you just call and ask. The staff is busy but they take time out to answer your questions and do so in a friendly, professional manner. I would stay at Airport Inn again the next time I visit Boise. ?Noteworthy details: There is a public bus that stops right outside Airport Inn and this bus takes you to downtown Boise from Monday-Saturday, but for some reason unknown to me, public buses do not run on Sundays! ?”

“This hotel was a good value. We paid less for this room than I paid for a motel 6 in the ghetto recently and the rooms here are actually nice. The area is quiet and near Ali at the front desk was fantastic. He was extremely helpful. When we realized the TV cable connector was broken, he personally came to our room and truly went above and beyond to get it resolved. His customer service made a big difference in our stay. On top of that, the price can’t be beat, great value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Super cool little place. The room was amazing and super comfortable. The shower and amenities in the room exceeded our expectations. The drinks at the bar were absolutely delicious. The people were all very kind and welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious and super surprising to be included in the price of the room. Also, lots of good, hot, free coffee! I will be staying here again next time I find myself in the area.”
