Metro on Broadway is a decent store. Depends on who is working that day to get the help needed! Had a horrible experience attempting to activate an iPhone purchased through their company. They had me purchase a SIM card after buying the iPhone and then was told by a different metro employee that I didn't need it, but they wouldn't let me return it. When I tried to get the phone service activated onto the iPhone that I paid off in full the same day, metro wanted me to pay 25$ to activate it and another 25$ to get my SIM unlocked which was their employees doing. I called and left 2 messages for Brittany who supposedly is the head manager of the stores in Ada County and never received a call back. Long story short, I was so frustrated with this phone service company, that I ended up paying to activate an old Android phone that had been malfunctioning and was purchased through them a while back, instead of paying the ridiculous amount they were asking, all because their employee screwed up and SIM locked the new phone. I should not have been held responsible for paying for their employee's mistake. NOT TO MENTION, WHEN SPEAKING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, THEY ASKED ME TO GO DOWN TO A METRO STORE AND VERIFY MY I.D. WITH AN EMPLOYEE. I HAD TO DO THAT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THIS CLUSTER. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF THEY MAKE YOU GO TO THEIR STORE ANYWAY!!!! Super frustrating company and everyone tends to blame each other for the problem. Customer service says to go in the store and they can help me. In-store employees say to contact customer service to help me, yet you follow their direct orders and you get nothing but more irritated, and somehow the cost continues rising with every new person you speak to regarding the same issue.

There are not enough stars to give!! I usually end up at other stores and they suck. I am not good with technology and the women there last night was over the top helpful!!! Sadly I have the memory of a goldfish so can't remember her name but I do know that this is the only location I'll be using from now on!!

I've been a Metro customer on and off for years. Recently I tried to make an insurance claim on my phone which I pay for every month. (This was at the Broadway store BTW) They turned me down stating that my phone was never covered by them since I brought the phone with me ( brand new phone when I first bought the insurance) I've been paying for the insurance every month. Went to make a claim when my microphone stopped working and was turned down. I will not be buying insurance through this "SCAM COMPANY " ever again!!!

I broke my phone yesterday and Had to get a new one the manager of the Broadway store gave me 1 heck of a sweet deal with a Discount that save me more than $200 ! And then we had some issues getting the phone activated he went above and beyond to make sure the service was working and everything went correctly you stayed open for me until 9 last night Fantastic customer service!

Please avoid this metro store. I went there 2 times to transfer my phone service to metro. The 2 woman there did not want to help me and kept putting me off. They asked me to come back a 3rd time which is ridiculous. The one lady was the manager. I went to a different location and had excellent service in Nampa. I'm also disabled and don't drive and they never answer the phone here. Never again

Alex and Kayla are the best they always help me set up NFL package alex the supervisor help me e also transfer all my contacts over to my new phone she went out of her way and help me Broadway metro has the best staff they both need raises and Tetyana also when she work here always so helpful they be all need raises

Went with my 82 year old Mom to replace her phone. Jacob took GREAT care of us! Helped us through the whole process of setting up the phone, transferring contacts, etc. Had some issues with photos, but he came thru with suggesting an app. Made it easy and stress- free!The prices are great, too!Definitely going back when I get my next phone ?

They lie to you about every phone deal and plan, plus they don't know there store has a phone, why do you have phone numbers to call a store that never picks up? Happens to every location, HORRIBLE customer service who lies to customers
