From Myth - Movement & Parkour
MYTH is a movement based facility. We teach a multitude of classes a week and pride ourselves on being the leaders of obstacle training in Idaho. We teach kids classes, teen classes, adult classes and so much more. Each and every member is important to us, as well as their fitness journey and safety.
We have some of the top instructor in the Northwest of the United States. Sending our instructors around the world learning and teaching various classes and being involved with the parkour community on a global scale.
