“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the team at HB and give them my highest recommendation! I bought a single (1) chair and was treated like I was buying 100 chairs. They shared their expertise based on what I was looking for, setup several extended demos of different chairs, provided any fabric swatches I requested, quoted me several different configurations, and were extremely patient and understanding with all my questions (and indecision) before finally settling on the chair I wanted.The whole team was fantastic to work with which tells me they have a top notch culture in place. Special shout-out to Heather without whom I would have always had some nagging doubts if I picked out the right chair. Jeff and Mikey were great to work with as well and generously provided their valuable insights. Additionally, the warranty team has done several repairs for me over the years and they have been fantastic to work with as well. For any future office furniture needs they will be our first stop!”
