“Heather has been so helpful and friendly! I originally got in touch with Create Spaces to try to see if I could order armrests for my existing Steelcase chair, but ended up ordering a new different model that's going to work so much better for me. Heather has been super responsive, and was able to accommodate me stopping by and checking out the chairs they have in their showroom for a couple hours while I had a layover in Boise. It was nice to be able to take my time and really get a feel for each chair. I never felt rushed, or like I was wasting anyone's time, which is super important to me as I don't like to make decisions under pressure, and she even offered me a drink and hung out with me to answer any questions I had and pull out all the chairs and fabric swatches. Once I made a choice, she worked up a quote for me, which was about half of what I had expected it to cost, and then let me take as much time as I needed to go home and think about it, before committing. Now I'm super excited for it to arrive, which looks like will happen sooner than originally expected as well. I'm impressed with the awesome treatment I received, especially considering I was at first only wanting to alter my existing chair, and then later only looking to purchase one chair. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend these guys for outfitting your office, big or small.”
