“Staff is very friendly, patient and helpful! They really are! I’ve been coming here forever and they’ve always treated me with respect and taking the time to make sure the door is open and help me with packages and this last time this guy named Jessie helped me stuff a huge bunch of pieces into a box to return to Amazon. I couldn’t do it myself, and it was too heavy. He helped without hesitation!”
“Always ,always a top notch FedEx Ship center on Capital BLVD Boise. A very clean parking lot to the Air ship envelopes always available, the easy to use Kiosk that is always working, ( The competing store on 17th and state St in Boise is so small that if you need to self print you have to share personal feet space with customers in line. UPS Kosk is out of order more than 50% of the time. That is attached to a register that will also be down and slow service to a halt ). Sorry to bring up a competitor but my point is....FedEx uses the utmost care, professionalism and efficiency with all visitors to the store !! Thank you FedEx on Capital. I have been a repeat visitor ( 2-3 days a week) because I am a notary public shipping mortgage documents. I will always choose FedEx for business documents and personal shipping.
One last thing. Don't let the small parking lot scare you. This team is so efficient that the spaces open up quickly.

“You have two fantastic, helpful employees working at the Milwaukee St. store in Boise, ID! After a week of frustration from chat bots everywhere I’d been I was so happy to walk in and see two smiling faces ready and willing to help. Niah was beautiful and helped me with ideas on how to send in a decorated box as well as to access my credit card on my phone! Her coworker Cosmo was great help too! The experience with humans is far underrated and I will only use UPS for this exact reason. They were delightful, assisted me with everything I needed and created a loyal customer. They are great! “I am giving this location 5 stars not because of excellent customer service or above and beyond care for customers. I have been to this location once and like alot of you who left one star reviews because you probably had a QR code to return an item from an online shipper like myself, begrudgingly found out this is not a FEDEX Corporate store and could not send your return back from this location without a printed label. Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day.”

“This is a one-person post office; one of just a few in the Treasure Valley. Service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed coming here much more than going to the bigger post offices. We stopped in around noon, and I was the only customer.”
“Margaret was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. She was very careful to inform me on how to send certified and trackable mail with a return receipt (something I’ve never had to do before), and explained everything she was doing in the process. She double checked everything with me so it was sure to get into the right hands and I would have access to the tracking number and other information I required.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a USPS location.

“This location has always gone above and beyond to help. Recently, I stopped in requesting assistance locating a package that was “return to sender” due to an incomplete address. Jenny and her supervisor were able to track down the package, alert the courier of the request to NOT send back to sender, communicated with me directly via both phone and text regarding the status of their ability to find my package, and set aside for safe pick up the next day. Thank you Jenny and team for being wonderful people and helping me locate this very important item!”
