“I had an annoying return were UPS was the middleman. I had no idea what I was doing and the app from the seller was even more ridiculous. Customers were coming in behind me and the line was building they were patient and extremely helpful. Customer service is a dying art and these folks treated me the way they would a close neighbor and a member of the community and I appreciated it.”

“I love Staples! Walking into the store brings back so many memories of when I was younger, running through the aisles with excitement while shopping for school supplies.
This location may seem a little quiet, but don’t let that discourage you. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also love that they offer Amazon returns, which makes the process so quick and convenient.
They have great deals and a wide selection of office and school supplies. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!”

“Just wanted to write a review of this mailbox. It’s everything I was expecting and more. Perfect location. It’s blue and says “United States postal service” on it. If you put letters with postage stamped on it, USPS will pick it up at 4:30 pm every weekday and deliver to the appropriate destination. Awesome mail box. I can’t sing it’s praises enough”

“They close at lunch but the drop box is always available. This little post office is a gem! Not busy and under used Yes! Score! Easy to find at the end of Apollo st intersects with Vista st. By the airport its behind the motels there.”
“This mail box was by far the most mail boxy of mail boxes I've ever mail boxed with. If ever I have any mail box needs you can bet your bottom dollar Im coming here and nowhere else. I accept no substitutes and this mail box blew away my expectations. Everything from the mail to the box to the mail box and back was just head and mail boxes above anywhere else Ive ever mailboxed with before or since. Ive learned my lesson, this is my mail box for life. Dont be a fool and make sure you do the same.”

“I needed to send a package overnight. I went to the fedex website it was over $300 for a 6 lb package. Decided to send 2nd day for $230. Went to drop off and this gentleman was able to send it over night with UPS for under $230. His prices for FedEx are lower than their website. I will go to this place in the future when needing to send packages”

Parking at this location isn't always easy. Small lot that dead ends so at high traffic times the lot in front of the store can be crowded.”
“I am giving this location 5 stars not because of excellent customer service or above and beyond care for customers. I have been to this location once and like alot of you who left one star reviews because you probably had a QR code to return an item from an online shipper like myself, begrudgingly found out this is not a FEDEX Corporate store and could not send your return back from this location without a printed label. Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day.”
“Edit: update 7/16 I had two more packages to pick up today. I met a wonderful lady named kimmie. She got my packages no problem and gave me her contact information if I needed anything in the future super impressed thank you kimmie.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I get a lot of packages sent in through fedex and have been in weekly with how many packages I get sent and have issues being home when they require a signature. I live across town and its a 30 min drive one way. Today at 910am I show up to pickup my package and a older woman came out named Kim. I told her I had a package here for pickup that was on a vacation hold and she proceeded to tell me ill have to come back later because she is sorting right now. Ive picked up packages this way the last 3 weeks and its never was a issue to go look for a package for a service that I paid for. I told her I would wait while she looked but she was incredibly rude and nasty! Another employee came out who has helped me before and she went back and got my package and I was out the door. Kims behavior is unacceptable and I hope management teaches her to act more like her co workers and not be lazy and shove customers off because she doesnt want to look for a package.”

“Margaret was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. She was very careful to inform me on how to send certified and trackable mail with a return receipt (something I’ve never had to do before), and explained everything she was doing in the process. She double checked everything with me so it was sure to get into the right hands and I would have access to the tracking number and other information I required.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a USPS location.
I really hope management reads these reviews and gives her the credit she deserves.
