Brandon didn’t just help me pick a product—he delivered what I can only describe as a thermal miracle. I came to him with a simple request: “Can you make my pool deck not feel like I’m walking across a cast iron skillet?” Without hesitation, he pointed me to Cool Feel, and folks… this stuff might as well come with a warning label: “May cause spontaneous barefoot confidence.”
We applied it, and I kid you not—the surface temperature dropped at least 10 degrees. TEN. I hear that it can get up to 20 degree distance in the summer. That’s the difference between “hot lava” and “ahh, this is nice.” My kids now walk (instead of run) across the deck like they are strutting like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever instead of doing that awkward flamingo dance trying to save their feet.
Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly some sort of undercover wizard in a Sherwin-Williams polo. He asked the right questions, didn’t oversell, and delivered exactly what we needed. No fluff, no nonsense—just results you can literally feel.
If you’ve got a pool deck that doubles as a foot torture device, do yourself a favor and call Brandon. Your feet will thank you. Your kids will thank you. Honestly, even your dog will probably write him a thank-you note.

“The store itself is excellent regarding stock, selection of paints, and more. But what sets this shop apart is the people working there. Everest was helpful to me and every person that walks through the door. I really can’t say enough positive things about her work ethic. Best part is, it appears she genuinely enjoys her job and is good at it! If you are looking for a paint shop where the staff recognizes you walking in, greets you and genuinely helps you, look no further. I am an amateur painter but this shop also takes care of their pros as well. They come right in and get right on their way with no delay in assistance. The prices are so competitive. Had to update my review because I had another visit to the store that was outstanding. Lukas helped me with a difficult project and now I am ready to tackle it. He knows all his customers by name and runs the shop like a perfectly tuned orchestra. Everytime I come here I am impressed by the people, products, prices, and service.
