“Fantastic customer service!

We had been trying to color match our cabinet paint and had gone to Sherwin-Williams to do so. The told us couldn’t do it at that store and sent us to another. 5 stores later and never once offering to call ahead, even when we called ahead they told us they could, only to arrive and be told they could not an eventually be told we were told we were out of luck.

We thought about and decided they are not the only paint store in town and went to Benjamin Moore, it was a whole different vibe walking in, it was friendly and welcoming, we worked with Ken and felt Ken actually wanted to help us accomplish our goal. While this specific store also could not do the match (we need and oil based lacquer), he called around until he found a store that could. When we arrived at the next store, they were also super friendly and welcoming.

This was such a different experience. Not only will we use them for our home projects, we will also use them for our small business and suggest them to other businesses we work with.”

“Extremely fast, they also have a spectrometer for scanning and matching paint colors exactly. The store has tons of auto painting supplies and bed lining, rust stoppers, and lots more. Extremely knowledgeable guy at the counter on my trip. This will be my go to for all my automotive paint color matching. They can even put it in an aerosol can for you at around $10-$15 per can. Excellent”

“I moved to Meridian last year and frequented this location while choosing paint colors for our new home. The staff was always very helpful. In recent weeks I have been in the store twice while choosing paint colors for a bathroom remodel, which has been challenging. The last time I walked in the door with a large piece of tile in hand attempting to find a coordinating color, I was greeted almost immediately by Evelyn. She asked if I needed help and then immediately brought me multiple paint chips in gray with blue undertones that I requested. She was clearly knowledgeable and made my choices much less difficult. She then quickly mixed 3 sample sizes of paint for me to experiment with. I appreciated her personalized service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this store!”

“Fantastic customer service. Husband and I came in right before closing with our two little kids needing paint. We are finishing a shed and plan to repaint the house as well so needed to decide on color for both and purchase just for the shed for now. Ryan did not hesitate to help us in the most friendly manner and he was extremely knowledgeable! Made it fun and made us leave feeling confident in the colors. He only had a electronic photo of another house on my phone to go off of but in our opinion he nailed it matching it as best he could while still giving us options to look at and pick ourselves. Even helped when we threw him a curve ball question of what blue door would you say goes best with this and did amazing. It was clear he knew his stuff. Being so genuine and helpful when we were literally those people walking in right before close speaks volumes. They’re lucky to have him working there.”

“I wanted to thank everyone at the store. We wanted to paint our 2 bathroom vanity cabinets. They helped to select the paint (Emerald urethane) and encouraged me to use the paint sprayer (Graco x5) I only had used previously to do fencing. They help me select the correct tip and holder.
