Had a bum battery that stalled out on me on the road. This absolute gent happened to be driving by, towed me to a safe spot and gave me a jump. Great guy! Will certainly be giving him business as needed in the future. The human element is important in this world!

My engine ceased on the side of the road and after fighting insurance and calling everywhere to get a tow these guys took care of me. Friendly and professional. Thank you.

If they impound your vehicle they are not going to let you have it back unless you are the registered owner. It's for very strict legal reasons, it's to cover their butts.. understandable... One of the cheapest impound & storage fees I've ever heard of though...
