“100% totally trustworthy! I was on a long road trip, headed from Washington State to South Carolina, when my Blazer sputtered to a stop on the highway, just as I entered Boise. After calling around to a bunch of shops, I stumbled upon ATS. Talking to Mike on the phone, I felt immediately calmed. He fit me in as soon as they opened on Monday and him and his crew spent 3 hours checking every detail, to find the trouble. Turns out, there was no trouble! (I have a sensitive cruise control computer that doesn't like quick elevation gains.) Instead of finding something to charge me for, when there really was nothing wrong, they asked for a small diagnostic fee and sent me on my way with great peace of mind. The car drove smoothly for the 8,650 miles I traveled in the next 5 weeks. I am so grateful for ATS! If I lived in Boise, these guys would be my go-to for all car needs. They are super honest and just all-around good people.”

“I can’t express enough my gratitude and thankfulness to Jereb and United Towing & Recovery. The apartments I live in struggle with adequate parking spaces, sometimes requiring you to park in the EV spots. I was forced to leave town quite suddenly and had my vehicle towed by this company. Jereb was empathetic to the reason I forced to leave town and let me pick up my truck. He showed such compassion and would not accept payment whatsoever. He is clearly a man of great character. “This review is for services rendered on 4/11/2026. My car had a serious mechanical breakdown early on Saturday morning. I called Airport Chevron to get towed to a repair shop. Their response time was reasonable. I don't know his name, but the driver they dispatched was a great guy - very professional and helpful.
The only issue I had was with the billing and it wasn't a bad issue at all. While running my credit card, the battery to the driver's wireless card reader died. He plugged it in and we had to run the card again. This resulted in two charges on my credit card. This was an honest mistake on the driver's part. I called the office a couple days later to get the second charge refunded and they handled it quickly and professionally.
I'd highly recommend Airport Chevron for their tow services. The driver and staff I interacted with were all pleasant and helpful.”

“I showed up and the lady was really friendly, despite being really busy. Got my key and was on my way. Came back and simply parked the truck where asked and gave her my key. It was just that easy. To be able to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours for under $100 is a pretty awesome deal. (I think it was about $60 WITH collision insurance- which I would recommend, just to avoid hassles in the unlikely event something happens.) Anyways.. very happy customer, no issues.”
