I have lived at river plaza for close to 3 years. The option for the LIHTC has made my life so much more manageable.
There are pros and con’s about living here for me personally.
However if one adhere’s to the Apt Manual for this property… it’s a positive experience!!

Nice apartments but there's hardly any parking and the biggest downside, sketchy people tend to hang around the complex at night ?

Been here two years and love the location. I know it is next to a "shelter" but we knew that before we moved in.
