“It was made in a way that is familiar to Japanese people, not American ones, so it was easy to use.The parking lot was a little narrow and there was only one street in front of me, so it was a little difficult to move around.The air conditioner is Japanese style, and the lack of a pool is also Japanese style. The staff were very accommodating. If I were to move to this town again, would I live here?”
“Move in was super easy. Haven't had any issues with utilities or appliances the whole time and everyone here is really respectful. No issues with nosy/loud neighbors. The areas surrounding are very accessible. It's easy to go to the store or even a relax and scenic walk! Overall, I've had a wonderful time here at Iconic Village.”

“We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Lucy Apartments Boise for the past two months. It is a very well maintained and peaceful community. The office and maintenance team are outstanding and make living here very enjoyable. Since the first visit, Rosalind in the office has been extremely helpful and is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance are very friendly and have a 24hr turn around on requests which is great. We feel very safe and happy living!”
