I have lived at river plaza for close to 3 years. The option for the LIHTC has made my life so much more manageable.
There are pros and con’s about living here for me personally.
However if one adhere’s to the Apt Manual for this property… it’s a positive experience!!

the river Plaza apartments management is all about money, they don't care for their tenants needs. the manager Katherine is rude and the maintenance man George is always snooping around and opening drawers. they don't answer phone calls when need assistance the maintenance work never gets done until a week later.

Nice apartments but there's hardly any parking and the biggest downside, sketchy people tend to hang around the complex at night ?
