The 951 is a great apartment complex located just off Front Street and near Park Boulevard. It offers easy access to the greenbelt, downtown, shopping, and outdoor activities. The building is well kept, quiet, and secure. Apartments have their own balcony, some with killer mountain views. There are live/work units available. Parking is generally easy, with plenty of covered parking, though the lot can be a little narrow. The staff is awesome, very accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests or issues. Management is wonderful and works with tenants. Many residents have enjoyed living there for years and highly recommend it.

This is a great apartment complex. Staff is great and they really work with you if issues arise. Plus, it's a secured building which is great for safety concerns.
