Modern Hotel is a super cool, wonderful, and lovely little place. The rooms are amazing, super comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet, and super cute with comfortable beds. Amenities include balconies, a deluxe shower, real ceramic mugs, and even a goodie bag. The hotel is walkable to downtown and has easy highway access. The staff are all very kind, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly amazing. Service is exceptional, noted as the best ever, with extremely welcoming and flexible hospitality. The hotel is also very dog friendly, offering high-quality treats. The bar serves amazing and absolutely delicious cocktails, especially during happy hour. A homemade breakfast is included, exceeding a typical continental breakfast. It is delicious, super surprising, and way beyond expectations, featuring items like frittatas and fresh squeezed juice, plus lots of good, hot, free coffee. Guests consistently express a strong desire to return.
Modern Hotel was a delight. Rooms were super cute and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk and bar/resturant staff were very friendly. Max especially is quite a comedian. The breakfast that was included was way beyond a continental breakfast. Same price as well known crappy chain hotels. 100% will go back.

This is a wonderful hotel! Walkable, clean, and amazing bar and breakfast. The staff are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. We had great cocktails at the hotel bar during happy hour, and an amazing breakfast the next morning. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here!

Great spot downtown. The room was great. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The vibes were cool too with lots of the people staying there hanging out at the bar and the outdoor area. Seriously super great place to stay.
