“My son's girlfriend's car was stuck a bit out in the street during the heavy snowfall. My subdivision is horrible and didn't bother to have the streets shoveled for almost a week. Neighbor called the police and we tried several methods like AAA... they sick and wouldn't come out. Called Naylor Towing and the driver was excellent. Said he would be out in about an hour and a half and arrived even earlier and had the car unstuck in 15 minutes. I'm sorry I didn't get the drivers name but he and Naylor Towing are a great example of customer service.”

“Our car slid off the road this morning and ended up with the left front wheel suspended in a concrete irrigation ditch adjacent to the roadway. The car had not sustained any body damage, but the underside of the car was resting on the edge of the concrete irrigation ditch, and the slightest movement one way or the other was almost certain to dent the metal. QuickTow & Recovery got the car out without a scratch. The skill of the operator was truly amazing. A five star rating for this company is well deserved. I could not have been more pleased with the service.”

“I left my lights on overnight after driving on an overcast day. It was quite concerning for me because we have a long driveway and there was no way for a vehicle to come beside mine to jumpstart my car. Daniel came with a portable starter and got my car going. He was very polite and pleasant. I will definitely call again if I ever need help.”

“So skip all the low ratings and sob stories of people that got towed for illegal parking. That's their problem for breaking the law. These guys don't drive around town looking to tow people. They respond to a business or property owner calling them -- so take up your complaint with the property owner.I have used AATCO multiple times and every time they did a good job, were super helpful, and made sure I got home safe. They have towed 2 vehicles for me at a reasonable price and also fixed a couple of my vehicles.People complaining about prices? Well why didn't you just fix it yourself if you are so skilled. You are paying for labor of people that are trained, have tools, and have the ability to repair your car. They also have what's called in business "overhead", taxes, rent, more taxes, etc... Your mechanic isn't earning $100 an hour. It takes a lot of money to operate a business.These guys are fair, friendly, and work hard. Most of the complaints on here are from white collar people that think rainbow people, fairies, and unicorns are real. Sorry -- get a real life and if you don't want your car fixed here go to the dealer where you can get a bottle of water while they screw you more than you will ever know.If you like a good honest shop -- AATCO is the place for your and yes mechanics get dirty hands....”
“Elvis went above and beyond helping us move our truck. He had to fight with our crazy neighbor who wouldn't let him tow our truck, and then he had to shovel through huge snow drifts to get the vehicle where it needed to go. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his towing services again.”
