We visited the store over the summer while on vacation (sorry about the delayed review) and everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection in the shop as well. Great place to visit!

Trek in Boise is a fantastic place to take your bike. I've been able to bring my bike to them and they always help in getting it fixed in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Jake and the crew enough for all the excellent service they give from start to finish.
