“I stopped in to see if they sold break pads for my E-bike and the guy said they do. Came outside to look at my bike and ended up doing a free adjustment on the breaks. Of course I gave him a tip that he refused to take. But he finally took it...”
“Awesome place good to have a place that buys and sells used parts always has a good selection of new and used parts and the owner Cory is always helpful with whatever I need even if it's just advice how to do something”
“I can't say enough great things about Bauer House Bike Shop! They've helped me in so many ways over the years — from handling brake warranties to servicing and warranty of Shimano motors and fixing all of my bikes. No matter what I bring in, they always get it done right.
The customer service is truly excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what's going on with your bike. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.”
“Exceptional customer service from Patrick, the shop manager. On multiple occasions he went above and beyond assisting me with brake caliper and crank arm touch up advice.
Coming from Seattle, there are mechanics that often don’t give you their time and Patrick’s 40 plus years of experience really showed. I brought my bike into the shop, and Patrick helped me avoid a huge bike mistake that could have compromise my riding safety.
The shop is a good size and it reminds me of a European bike shop with just the right amount of products and bike selection for all ages. I love how this bike shop feels intimate and family friendly. I look forward to supporting this shop in the coming future. Thank you again for the help. 5 stars.”
“Awesomeness! My gear change cable snapped, and these friendly bike dudes were able to get it fixed same day for a very reasonable price. Looks like I got me a new bike shop; I’ll be back. Thanks World Cycle!”
“Visiting from Colorado, I was met by Taylor and also chatted with Bill the shop owner. These guys are great and knowledgeable, the shop had a great selection of different bikes and products. Very cool bike shop! Would recommend anyone to come here!”

“Bob's Bicycles has always been my bicycle shop of choice. This is my fourth bike purchase from them in 6 years of living in Boise. Nothing wrong with the previous bikes. There have been a couple of upgrades. Their personal service with the sales staff, and even the tech personnel they have is top notch. They will always have me for a lifetime customer.”
“This place is absolutely the greatest. I bought my Santa Cruz Bronson from them brand new. Their service is above and beyond any place else you could go. Fair pricing great communication highly recommend.”

“Had a dry chain and a couple loose pieces on my bike. Took it in, Brian the mechanic took five minutes to fill my air, lube the chain, tightened a few nuts, and let me know what future issues I should watch and prices for what it'll likely be, then. Absolutely blown away by the expertise, customer service, and kindness they showed. Highly recommended.”
