“My wife and I have purchased a couple bikes from the Trek Boise location in the last couple of year's. Our youngest son of 11 year's old was due for an upgrade to a lager size mountain bike. Upon entering the store we were greeted immediately with a friendly smile from a young gal named Kelsey. She was very knowledgeable and new exactly what size bike would work best for our son. She even let him test ride it in the back of the parking lot to make sure it was comfortable for him. Kelsey was very knowledgeable & patient and didn't try to up sales us on a more expensive bike. We made the purchase and couldn't be happier with bike and experience. We will definitely be back in the near future to hopefully work with Kelsey again. She is a great asset to the Boise Trek Shop.”

Use the on-line store if they don't have what you want in stock. You're gonna wait a couple days anyway and these guys are as local as local gets. Wouldn't buy or get service from anywhere else.”
“I recently purchased a Bronson from joyride a few days ago and the crew here has been nothing but helpful to me. Making a bike purchase is time consuming if your like me with the tons of research that goes into a purchase that costs as much as a nice mountain bike. Never once did I get the feeling that Phil or any of the guys at Joyride saw me as a dollar sign.
They took time and answered my copious amounts of questions and back and forths on which bike and what best suits me. My bike was not ready day of as it needed to be built since I ride a large and they only had mediums, but Phil made sure it was ready within two days. Keep in mind, I showed up at closing time, so really only one day.
I have been nothing but pleased with their friendliness and promptness to get me back on the trails with my new rig.

“I was going to get rid of my carbon fiber road bike after I had it for almost 4 years. I could not ride it for more then 1/2 hours before both of my arms started to fall asleep and my neck started to hurt. After the bike fit I rode 14 miles and no issues with arms/neck!!! So super excited that I can use this bike and definitely will not get rid of it! Thank you for for your knowledge and advice and little adjustments that made a world of difference to enjoy riding this bike now!!!!
