I have had 2 packages go missing in the same week. The process to get them to investigate is abysmal. This is why I ask every payday why do I pay taxes.

Rude customer service. Been there a few times and was very patient because the lines are long. However, today I went in with no line there. The lady up front Ann, saw my bag package and rolled her eyes “we don’t tape packages, either buy tape or come back”. I explained that’s strange as in the past they’ll at least offer me the tape and have me do it myself. She goes “maybe UPS but not us”There was literally a roll of tape right next to her too. It would be one thing if it was a box that needed tons of tape but it was just a bag that needed tape on the top. Since it was almost 5:30 i tied and hoped for the best 🤷🏽♀️ she seemed annoyed at the fact i did that but I was not buying their over priced tape and i didn’t have time to come back. Don’t expect much customer service here.

There was a mixup on an important package that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. After submitting an online form and stopping into the main office, they had it fixed and the package in my hands within a half hour. Thought I was out of luck since it was a weekend, but they were on it. Shout out to the delivery guy and the package manager. Much appreciated!

Staff was no help with my situation ? I recently moved in with my girlfriend, and have had a few packages delivered to our place so far. I ordered some tires for my BMX bike, and for some reason the carrier that day decided to mark the package as “return to sender” due to not recognizing my name for the household. No knock on the door, no email saying they were gonna hold it at the post office for me to pick up, just “return to sender.” Which is odd, because the package is insured. If it were to go to the wrong address, i’d get most of my money back. Anyways, this happened on a Friday night right before the location closed. I went to THIS location (the only one open on Saturdays) for help and to maybe mark the package as “customer pickup” but he just told me to call the help number, which is just a robot that tells you the order status. I tried submitting a help form on their website, but even that was no help. I work Monday so I can’t pick them up before they most likely get shipped back to the sender. I’ll probably end up having to wait another week, plus another $10 down the drain for shipping the tires back. Very disappointed in the United States Postal Service as a whole.

I have spent 1 hour 35 minutes trying to speak with someone. I finally got a live person. They gave me another number. It rang for 6 minutes then hung up. REALLY REALLY BAD

I went in the night before 2 packages were supposed to be delivered, as I was going to be heading out of town early the next morning. I went in expecting to either be able to pick them up the next morning, or just have to wait for them to be delivered. However, after about 5 minutes of waiting I received my 2 packages under a one time circumstance. This is customer service at its finest, and this location is by far one of the best in the valley. However, please don’t read this and be like me, and try to pickup your packages early, it only leaves more burden on the employees. Therefore I am truly great full for the amazing employees at this location, and their understanding, you guys rock!

There's a black woman who doesn't do her job or help customers. I went there to change the delivery to pickup but this B didn't even ask for the tracking number and gave me some strange stories. Someone needs to train her properly or get rid of her because she's unhelpful.

This post office doesn't follow ADA law. They are trying to discriminate against any service dog handler that isn't deaf or blind. Service dogs assist with a wide variety of disabilities and handlers have no obligation to disclose their disability, especially not just to use the post office.
