I picked up my new phone from Verizon in May. The salesman Andy convinced me to get Verizon internet and said they were running a promotion thirty day money back guarantee and two months on Verizon. Turns out that promotion doesn’t exist and he lied multiple times while talking with me and continued to lie even after I questioned him. The only promotion is thirty day money back guarantee. The internet is fine, but I would have never got it if I knew I was being lied to. I would avoid this salesman at all costs.

The clerk was very helpful he really took the time to make sure everything was all square and I knew all charges. I really appreciated this. He helped me make sure I had what I needed on my phone and got rid of a lot of garbage.
The only draw back was the store was dreadfully under staffed.

To start I have been with Verizon for over 16 years. After today’s experience, I am beyond thankful for the team member they have. Christina was so patient, Understanding, And most of all kind. I went to get a new iPad for work, She ended up making my bill cheaper each month while also providing me a new phone with the new iPad. I also ended up getting the Verizon home WiFi. This was a 10 outta 10 experience. Her customer service was phenomenal, She was not pushy in anyway. I’m glad I stopped by she ended up saving me a lot of money each month. I will highly recommend anybody to come and see her.

Sat in a chair for about thirty minutes only for them help someone else who just came in. Got my problem resolved really fast by calling corporate in the parking lot. If you call during normal hours you can get an American call center who ended up being way faster and helpful than the store, literally took 5 minutes. Will do that in the future ?

4 stars for the rep that helped me in a trying situation when i absolutely needed a phone and service plan.
I switched from Google Fi last year with the hopes of remaining in the price range I was @ for my budget. I was able to trade in my old phone for a new one with just a few fees. Andy was very helpful, but my bill is now $119- 124 a month and now the protect plan cost is going up.
I went from Google Fi @ $50-64 a month w/ protection plan, unlimited talk/text/data, to $138 a month, w/ unlimited talk/text/data.
Now, I know the corporate decisions are out of the local vendor/dealer hands, but this is fekkin' asinine. More and more money paid out for no more perks back.

Hands down probably the least stress, informative, no upselling experiences I've had in the 17 years I have been with Verizon. Mick was the perfect person for me to have gotten. I dread new phones, and all the things that go with that. I even tried online sales just to avoid the headache. Luckily I was near this store, and not the one less than a mile from home, because I would drive 50 miles if I knew how painless getting a new phone would be. Mick answered all my questions, got me a great deal on my S24+, heard me the first time when I said no upsales, did the complete transfer while I went back to work, and to my surprise, I have only one complaint; Why isn't every store stocked with people like Mick. No need to ramble about the phone or any of that, those that use Samsung know the product, but the ease of getting a new phone and informative people who can answer your questions without the proverbial script, I can say this; If you live anywhere in the Treasure Valley, make the drive. You won't be disappointed. 5 STARS for Mick.
