“Afton is the ONLY reason I'm giving this store 5 stars. Multiple people have said, and I agree, that they refuse to go there unless Afton is working, She is maybe the only person on staff who is 100 percent consistently reliable. If Afton is on shift, I know the store will be open, fully functioning, fully stocked, and friendly. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I don't know how she has the energy to be so nice to everyone all the time. Everytime I'm in and someone else enters the front doors, she calls them by their name, EVERY.TIME. . . It's astounding. The products are good, and the shop is clean. But Afton is the MOST reliable and CRITICAL asset this store possesses. She's the only reason I'm giving this store 5 stars.”

“Thank you to the technician Anna for quickly helping me when I was panicking about being late! She and the Customedica team got the medication ready immediately and treated me with kindness and respect. Anna you are a sweetheart and a rockstar!!! Your customer service skills are off the charts and made me feel genuinely cared about as a customer, not just a number! Thank you guys!!”

“Amazing little store, stress free shopping. Employees were super helpful. We came to check out their Beeler's ham, which was fully stocked and at a better price than the other natural market in town. We really enjoyed our visit. The suppliment section is huge and very well stocked with Boirons, which we love. It's cross town for us but we will be back soon.”

“I will always go here for my health food needs. The staff point me to what I asked for and never try to upsell. Prices are reasonable. Bring an empty jar for some local honey!”

“This is the best supplement shop in the valley. Matt the owner is very nice knowledgeable. He will help you get what you need for what you want to achieve and not just try and sell you everything. They have everything you need. Even if they don’t have the brand you like I can almost guarantee what they have is better. Just stop in and give them a look, you won’t be let down.”

“Best price for my protein powder anywhere on the internet. Processing time for orders is consistently fast. My protein, made by Muscletech, has two safety seals, one around the lid, and one under the lid. On two occasions, the external seal around the outer lid was missing. I kept the powder both times as the heavy duty seal under the lid was fully intact. Not sure what's going on here but no worries since the most important seal was not compromised. Still giving five star for reliable processing and shipping times on all my orders.”

“Kaitlyn was a key reason I was able to obtain the product I wanted. She tracked it down and arranged for it to be shipped out very professionally. She knows her products well, and if you have any questions, she is more than willing to find the information and guide you in the right direction. She has a positive attitude and truly enjoys helping you find the right product. Thank you once again.…”

“The reviews look pretty bad here, but I went in on a Sunday and Aaron was everything I expected a customer service representative to be. Dude crushed it and was stoked to help.”
