Cashiers are friendly because they are paid well and have great benefits. My only complaint is this store is too busy but it's because they have the best prices in the valley, so it's not wincos fault. I don't like this parking lot. It was not set up well and the parking stalls (spots) are too small.

Very helpful employees all are polite. Kind of setup like a warehouse market. One additional point, the WinCo chain is employee owned
