“I love this place they have great products American and foreign made choose what you want the prices are decent and the people are very friendly. Still the best.”
“I'm so impressed! Robert was very knowledgeable, really took the time to understand my DIY painting project, and gave me some very helpful advice. Fabulous service! I highly recommend going to Franklin for your painting projects.”
“Not a bad hardware store. It's organized and clean. It has a wide selection of basic hardware items and the staff is friendly and helpful. I bought one of those rolling sprinklers shaped like a tractor. It was about $85.00. It worked great for about 4 months, then it would continually clog. The connection piece that attaches to the hose, broke. The same thing broke on the first one that I bought the year before. The prices on some of the other things are a bit expensive, but that's fairly typical for a specialty store in a small town. In general, a good place to find anything hardware related, except the rolling sprinkler. My overall impression was positive.”
“The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the checkout process is really slow. Don't go in here if you're in a rush. They have excellent selection, great quality produce, and a variety of unique and diverse products that I can't find in other supermarkets.”
“I bought my son some airsoft guns yesterday. Cute set with a target and a couple guns. The packaging wasn’t pretty, but I assumed it was just beat up. Unfortunately the set was previously opened, broken, and in terrible shape. The managers I worked with were amazing today. Easy exchange, great service, I’m very happy with my experience.”
“Very friendly!! They don't have everything but they will do their best to help you with what you need. I got a pallet for $2 which was sweet. I would be back for other things! Thank you!”
