“The prices are higher than big name stores, but they carry items that other places don't. For example: we have a dog that's very picky about his food and he requires a special diet. They are the only ones that carry it. Not even the pet stores in Twin have it.They also carry some local products such as the Popcorn Shop from Pocatello (so good).And we are addicted to the fried chicken and fresh sushi. Yummy”

“This store is amazing. Dan and Jim at the gun counter always greet me with a friendly smile and take time to visit and make sure I get exactly what I need. If they don’t have it they will get it. I recently was disappointed in them not having a product I wanted from a sales add. The manager Jonathan West went out of his way to track me down and ordered it in for me to make sure I was taken care of. What an amazing man. He did not have to do that but he did. Very impressed with this kind of customer service.”
