“I just changed to boost mobile, it was a little difficult getting my existing number from Verizon ported in. But, In short, it wasn’t really an easy task to accomplish. With the help from Jenifer, she made it seem rather simple. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was very knowledgeable about the process with both Verizon and boost side, and getting my phone connected with boost service.

“Service was fast and efficient. Happy with the service I received. Getting billed for the protection plan that I opted out of, so I'll have to call and get that squared away. Unable to register on the app, but hopefully that'll be resolved soon. 4 stars only because of the associate at the store. Otherwise 2.5.”
