“I stopped into this AT&T Store to get a new SIM card for my phone while traveling and the customer service was fantastic. The person who helped me was very patient and answered all my silly questions about data plans without making me feel rushed at all. The shop itself was very clean and had all the latest devices out on display to test out while waiting. They got everything set up and fully activated on my phone in just a few minutes so I could get right back to my trip.”

“The service rep I had did a fantastic job helping me purchase a new phone for my business Verizon account. I went in to get a new business plan, but in the end kept the one we already had because of the international calling. The sales rep did not try to sell me something that I did not need, or that would be more expensive.
I appreciated this a lot.
When I had troubles with my new phone a week later, he ordered me a new one, no questions asked. He also fixed some settings on my current phone. So when the new device came in, I didn’t think I would need it after all, because the current phone was no longer having the same issues. I offered to pay for it anyway, and he said it was not a problem, that I could keep my current phone and did not have to buy that one.
Two times in my interaction with this rep, he impressed me
