It really sucks to have to deal with this post Office. They hire incompetent people to deliver the mail and then when you call the supervisor to address it all they can say is they’re working on it when this has been going on for over a year since I’ve moved into this new development. It’s been one thing after another, from my package being marked wrong address and under deliverable, then when I actually get the package, it has my exact address on it and it’s deliverable just fine. Then they hire people who just don’t even give a crap about their job. This is a good job. You get good benefits and no one these days gives a crap about their job and it’s getting quite old. I run a small business and I leave packages for them to be taken that are already paid for and the next problem is I had packages to be mailed out and they just took it and put it in the big deliverable box down below and didn’t take my packages even though it had a note there saying please take it is already prepaid. I’m truly sick and tired of it and the supervisors are gonna hear it from me every time before they start getting people out here that care about their job and wanna do a good job. My normal mail lady is great. And I know exactly when she’s not working because something always happens to my packages. It’s Inexcusable and becoming very tiresome. I have never in my life dealt with people who don’t care about their job as much as these people. they don’t have adequate staff when you go to try to mail a package the line’s always out the door with one person working and the people they hired to deliver the mail just suck in the women behind the counter are not very friendly and it doesn’t appear. They even like their job I mean, why would you when you work in an office? They don’t even provide AC when it’s 100° out. Just sucks that I have to live in this area with no other post office nearby.. Do something about it or you’re gonna continue to hear from me. Today is Saturday the ninth. I went out to speak to the mail lady that’s delivering and would it really take much for people to actually be nice when you ask them a question they hire the worst people not friendly at all. She drives a Kia soul if you wanna know…. And that’s another thing they don’t even give them mail trucks. USPS is truly going down the tubes and they’re going to start losing business from small businesses because they’re delivering thing that they recently changed has really screwed up people getting their packages. Making it have to go through certain hubs so that they can sort and they still get it wrong I’ve literally had package that were one stayed away from me and have it shipped back to like the East Coast because they’ve bundled it wrong. Do better people do better..

Literally could not be less impressed with this place. Wooooorst customer service ever. There is one woman especially (idk her name but she LOOKS like a “Madge” or something…) anyway- she is rude to everyone. Not just me. Literally everyone in line. Absolutely horrific personality.

I don't know how many times I went to the post office and told them that my mail man keeps putting my mail into my neighbors mail box that's why I didn't get my blue cross insurance mail and I don't have blue cross anymore because the mail man keeps putting my mail into my neighbors mail box i don't know if the mail man can't read or he just don't care but I'm going down to the post office Monday and talking to the post master and letting them know what is going on and it's got to stop what else did I lose because of the mail man is too lazy to do his job

The prices for delivery is outrageous! Especially when usps doesnt take care of packages. Then to not give small businesses a discount is unreal

My postal person went down my street and didn't bother to pick up the mail at my house. This is the first time we have been skipped. The Subs are not very reliable.

I have used this post office for 8 years and never once has anyone working here been rude. I have to wonder why so many bad reviews. These people behind the counter are extremely busy and dealing with hundreds of people. Maybe a little patience and positive attitude towards them would work wonders.

The employees, Lana and Misty are dishonest, extremely rude and should be fired. Packages that we ordered and were delivered to the Caldwell Post Office and we went in that day, when we gave them tracking number and Lana barked at me and said that it was returned. She said it left at 1 pm which now I know a lie. The return wasn’t processed until 6:30 pm. She just didn’t want to give me my package, she mocked my words and was so rude. She had threatened to not give me any packages that arrive at this post office. She would immediately send it back. I have never see such poor attitude or service at any business let alone USPS!

Just came back to remind you guys how garbage this post office is just make the drive to the nice people in nampa I swear they have all the answers and never got a mean demeanor. Short skinny lady is probably the only good worker there.

Horrible service. I shipped a package 3 day priority and was told expected to be delivered in 3 days. Needless to say it took a day and a half to make it to Boise from Caldwell. As of today, the package has still not arrived and it is going on 6 days. I feel that it was shipped ground and not 3 day priority like I paid for. Twice the price as ground but taking as long as ground delivery. Ridiculous and will never ship a package from the Caldwell Post Office.

Delivery driver drives right past mailbox and marks packages undeliverable when there is no instructions, today I was standing outside waiting and watched them drive right by and to the next set of boxes as I then received a undeliverable due to no access package update, I have time sensitive mail outgoing that this is now the second day in a row of them not picking up and also 5th time not delivering packages that are need for my business.

All of the clerks I have dealt with at this location are rude and condescending. They seem to go out of their way to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that they are open for business. Any employees at a private business with this lack of care for customers would be fired. US gov employee = Job security at all costs. What a joke.
