“Always happy with the help I get from the nice folks at O’Reilly’s. They keep track of my purchases with my phone number which came in handy when a battery failed on me. Being under warranty, it was replaced without charge of course. The nicest part is that the young man installed it for me. They have a good inventory and so far have had all I need. I prefer the Chubbuck store but have had good experiences with others as well.”

“Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.”
