I reached out to Home Depot in Pocatello, and eventually was put in touch with Amanda in customer service. Amanda went to an amazing effort to retrieve my prior purchase details, look through several systems and ask questions about the unit I had purchased, and eventually was able to track down the exact model number for a warranty issue I had. She made it easy and worked hard to ensure I had a good experience. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service experience!”
