“I recently needed to track down a model number for a garage door opener that I purchased several months ago. I reached out to Home Depot in Pocatello, and eventually was put in touch with Amanda in customer service. Amanda went to an amazing effort to retrieve my prior purchase details, look through several systems and ask questions about the unit I had purchased, and eventually was able to track down the exact model number for a warranty issue I had. She made it easy and worked hard to ensure I had a good experience. 10/10 would recommend, great customer service experience!”

“This place is a gem for Old Town. Tons of inventory. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. BBQ section on 2nd floor is any mans dream come true. Much like Ace Hardware except with a much more home-town feel and charm. Lots of parking. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This is the only place I know of that sells men's long and tall shirts in Pocatello Idaho. It really has a vast collection of farming and ranching supplies. The layout of the store is inviting and feels spacious. The loud country music playing over the loudspeakers drains me like triple digit heat in the midst of a barren desert. Such a great atmosphere without the repulsive music played at nerve shattering decibels.”
