“Secure Storage is an excellent choice if your looking for storage. I looked at every storage location in Pocatello and liked this one the best for location, price, etc. It's got a great location in Chubbuck near the freeway entrance/exit. Its easily accessible. The place is secure with fences and a gate. You get 24/7 access. In addition, they have security cameras and the owner keeps a good eye on the place. At night they have good lighting spaced through the storage area. The prices are the best in town. Its easy to sign up and the owner is awesome to work with. Definitely recommend.”

“These folks were great to work with. Took time to considered my situation and worked out a very reasonable rate. Perimeter fence and gate were secure and the code-operated gate worked flawlessly. Would give 5 stars if had more yard lighting and more cameras.”

“I have had my storage there for a long time and have no real complaints. I DO wish they had lights in the units, especially the big long units since it gets really dark when you are clear in the back. But not having a light/electric bill might be why they seem to have better prices for their units then most.I'm still confused about why there is NO chain or way to lock the place up to keep it more secure and I believe I read that there was now a person who guarded the property but I have never seen anyone at all that might be doing that! THAT is really my only concern!?”

“Chubbuck Secure Storage has been fantastic to deal with. In need of a last minute storage unit while we're between homes, we found these guys and were lucky enough to get a storage unit. They were very accommodating to our situation. It's a newer facility and the unit was pristine. The way the units are designed, I don't have any real concerns about rodents or flooding. Overall, they were great to work with, the units are very nice and secure, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them, and will keep them in mind for future storage needs.”

“It started in 2015, when I lost my wife sadly. Not knowing what to do I decided to put our Affairs in storage to give me time to decide what I was going to do! It was not a big cost at the time, only $40/months. It was a mid size storage and gated so secured was a plus. Brick unites was a strong construction. Having a hard time finding a home to purchase, this aloud me more time to continue to look. Then one day I receive a letter informing me that the cost of the united would be increased to $80. I continue to rent the space but was not impressed with the cost increase. Now, with the cost increase not once during the 10 years of paying did any improvements ever done! I did have mice, a lot of dirt and wind that enter the unit. At no time was I ask if we could improve the unit! I do believe that some kind of improvement should have been done. I was never late or penalized for non payment in 10 yrs. What would that tell a business? It tells me I am very glad to have them as a customer and welcome them back. I would have sent a letter of appreciation with a gift card thanking them for being a great customer. The service at the Chubbuck location was very good. The manager was always helpful and courteous when calling the Office. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to rent a unit. They will treat you very well as long as you keep up to your obligations. I had a request with a friend of mine needing me to oversee his unit. They called me to inform me that he was behind. I explained to them that he had been ill and was relocated and had passed. Very understanding and said to keep them updated and call if anything they could help. So they do help and care.”
