Heidi is the absolute worst. My daughter went in for a volunteer panel, and wasn’t able to produce urine. She tried for a half hour. Was told no refunds or credits issued, after paying $60. Finally filled 1/3 cup and Heidi told her it’s not enough to test and dumped it out. This place is a scam with awful people working... read full comment

Absolutely the most ridiculous office hours and staffing ability... Who decides how late your office is open? 3:30 pm closing is completely unrealistic for anyone working a normal work day.
