Everyone in here but the old blonde lady is nice. She makes coming to this place unbearable. She intentionally told me to make up a test on a day when she knew they closed early without telling me the hours and then tried charging me for tests when I was incarcerated. My Public defender said to give her papers from iCourt of my in custody video arraingement so I did to prove to her that I was locked up. I showed her court documents of my video arraignment with the dates but she said that wasn't good enough. It says Video arraignments doesn't tell her I was locked up. She gets off on making anything and everything harder on people coming here

The are never open!!! They make up their own hours and are never there. You call and their voicemail says clearly that the post falls office is open on Saturdays with a male and female staffed all day. Guess what you drive all the way out there and they aren’t open either. How in the hell are court ordered folks able to test when everyone has to work and then to get there and neither office is open at 1:45 on a Friday!! As a parent of someone who needs to do this random testing it’s absolutely unacceptable that they are messing with these young peoples livelihoods. And yes I get that it’s the individuals who got into trouble to begin with…However if they are doing everything the court requires of them and are required to use this company the company should be open for them. Everyone makes mistakes. We took pictures of their closed signs and the actual office hours posted recorded their voicemail so we can make sure his lawyer is aware that he/ we tried on multiple occasions. And to no fault of his he wasn’t able to test because they aren’t open.

If you are going to use them make sure you receive a list in writing of what they are screening for. I verbally verified what substances I needed on my test over the phone then showed a written list to the employee when I arrived and they approved it. The test was incomplete and they refused to refund my money and blamed me for their lack of competence.

Absolutely the most ridiculous office hours and staffing ability... Who decides how late your office is open? 3:30 pm closing is completely unrealistic for anyone working a normal work day.

Super easy. In and out, just showed them the code and they took me back within a minute. the girl was super clear and nice with instructions. I'd go back again if ever needed.

Seemingly go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible to provide the sample. I feel judged and looked down on when I have to provide a sample. They don't try to accommodate those who have a hard time providing a sample at all. No we can't run the water, no you can't use headphones to listen to sounds to drown out sound.

Great service! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes for a pre-employment screening. The staff was extremely friendly/polite. I’ll definitely test there again if I need anything done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wish i could give a 0 star to be honest. This place is horrible if my husband had another choice to go somewhere else he would . They watch as u pee. He is very pee shy and they were so rude to him cause he couldnt pee when they wanted to the point wheres hes trying to go for over 40 min as they stare. Well he started to have to go number 2 and he asked if he could use the bathroom and not the urinal and they told him no well it was to the point he said hed come back cause he couldnt hold it longer . Such rude people and have no respect or curtisy.. gunna report to the bbb cause this is not right. Ive been to other dug test places and no where near this level of low

Just a heads up...this place wil test for everything. I was ordered to do only alcohol tests and they still do a full panel test for alcohol and drugs. Thank goodness im not doing drugs but if i was i'd be screwed. Never had an issue with the employees being rude or anything like that. I just think its shady to go above and beyond what is required...
