Adriana is the best realtor we have ever used. She did a fantastic job while selling our home, she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to get our house sold. She was there to represent us at the showings and had A+ brochures and information ready for every potential buyer. Adriana stuck with us through a family death that halted things for a while. She was a constant friend through everything. We are so thankful we found her! There are realtors who hang a sign and realtors who work hard to earn their fees. If you want the best in the area then make sure she represents you!

Adriana was highly efficient in helping my clients secure a beautiful Lake Home, helping them relocate from Southern CA. As a Realtor, when referring my clients, I have high expectations when it comes to response time, local knowledge, and navigating the local market. Adriana was the perfect agent both when my clients were in town with limited time to preview homes, complete inspections, etc. and also when they were away. I appreciated receiving regular updates on the acceptance of their offer as well as the progress of escrow, all the way to the one time closing...as it related to our sale in California. We were so fortunate to have Adriana as our buying agent! We had worked with other agents in the area over the last several years, but she is the one that got us our beautiful home in North Idaho. My husband can be very picky and demanding. Adriana was patient and very responsive. She got back to us quickly with answers our questions. She always kept us informed and advised us on how to proceed with an offer. We were coming from out of state and with one day’s notice, she was able to organize and schedule five home showings. She gave us an informative notebook that detailed all the homes we were to see. She coordinated well with our selling agent back home, which made the entire transaction/escrow process go very smoothly. Needless to say, she is a hard worker and she is a pleasure to work with! Where do I start? We have successfully sold two luxury lakefront properties on Hayden Lake with Adriana at the helm. The first sold quickly, mostly because of the amazing pictures and video Adriana and her team created. We were thrilled. The second property was a huge challenge due to the uniqueness of it, that it was only going to appeal to a very limited market, and the market was declining. This one took a year to sell. Adriana never wavered in her attention to detail, constantly updating the marketing, holding open houses and once a catered event with music. She kept us updated weekly on any interest and any activity in area lakefront sales. She was diligent, professional, reliable, communicative, always upbeat and smiling. What a pleasure to deal with. Adriana was such a joy to work with. After interviewing many Coeur d’Alene and Hayden Lake realtors, I finally came across the best of the best.
