Angel gallery in Coeur d'alene is a fantastic place to find art. There is something for every taste and liking. The owner Pat is very friendly and knowledgeable about art and the artists in her gallery. Be sure to stop in and say hello while you're in town..

I fell in love with a dining room set that the owner confidently said she could ship to me. After waiting 3 weeks and confusion with transport, it was dropped on a pallet at my door. Once I unwrapped it every piece of furniture was was destroyed. Not scratched. Destroyed. I was told that it was insured. But after 11more days I have a house full of damaged furniture that I've paid for, I have to now pay to get rid of it, and I've not heard a thing from Angel Gallery to resolve. Not a good experience at all.

Called in to get a price on an item we saw hanging in the window. The sales person became irritated and asked me to hold as they were with a customer. I said yes and instead of putting me on hold she laid the phone down. She proceeded to tell the customer she hates when she's trying to cash people out and people call. Sorry to be a bother lady.

Pat is as kind and lovely a human being as one could hope to run in to, and she has a fantastic eye for art. Pat hung my work in her gallery in 2015-2015 and unfortunately I had to move away. Now my newest photographic work has appeared on Jack Russell's Great White new CD titled "He Saw It Comin,'" and I couldn't have done it without people like Pat. Thanks again, Pat. You were always very kind to me. Richard White

In this town with many galleries, Angel Gallery stands out for its wide selection of art. It is most all locally or Idaho made, hand crafted when it comes to unique wood carvings and stupendous pottery. Certainly excellent are the many artists of paint and water colors and weavings, sculpture and just a lot of very interesting and detailed pieces. The selection will consume near an hour if you work your way through the place. Prices are reasonable, especially when you see the fine details of inlayed wood pieces, like cribbage boards (!) and tables and "pieces." I am a potter, so very much appreciated and understood the work that went into the tall sectional-made vases, all with unique glazes and decorative techniques. The owner, Patricia Kovatch, answered questions and told us about various artists and took time to show us particular pieces that we had missed or had seen and wondered about. Very nice lady. Angel is definitely one of the galleries full of one-of-a-kind works and worth your time and touching. We bought a very nice plein air oil painting by local artist Dalas Klein which was so representative of the areas countryside. He had a number of works we liked so might be buying more.
