I called this location earlier in the week, I am the Power of Attorney for my grandmother who is DYING and I need to be added to her account to prepare her estate and get her moved to a facility who can care for her. I told this to the lady over the phone when I called. She told me that I could come in on Saturday and give the paperwork and my information to a banker and they would get it sent in.I work full time and live two hours away, this is the closest Bank of America in the state and surrounding states and the only one open on Saturday. I arrived at at the location today and it turns out that every single thing this woman told me was wrong. I don’t know if it was a lie or just she was absolutely clueless. They refused to help me, said that I could leave the paperwork with them and they will send it on Monday and I will have to come back! Two hours out of the way when both me and my spouse work full time. They said the only other option is that we snail mail everything which can take several weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t a small matter like making a payment or a withdrawal. This is literally the most important thing that needs to be done for my grandmother to make sure her estate is prepared and she’s protected as she declines. The lady we spoke to today, who I can only assume was the acting manager on duty, had absolutely no sympathy or remorse, spoke with scripted lines, and fake sympathy, and made no attempt at being helpful except asking for the time and day I called and that she would “coach” the employee. I don’t want anyone fired but this is well beyond a one employee issue and I am absolutely livid.

Avoid this branch, and/or ditch BofA entirely for a credit union.Horrible customer service, unsmiling, unfriendly, unhelpful, the ladies here look for any way they can say "no".

The ATMs have been down for the last 3 days.No notice of when or if they are going to open again. This place over the last 25 years has been satisfactory. The last couple of years it has been a real inconvenient bank.

This is the worst bank in Coeur d'Alene! Yesterday at approximately 1:30 I went to the bank for a cash withdrawal that was too much for the atm. There was one teller working, and one teller on a phone call that took her away from helping. There were 3 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get to the counter. When I was done, and walking out, there were approximately 10-12 people waiting in line. My teller never apologized for the wait, and was not friendly at all. AVOID this branch at all costs. I have had way too many experiences like this at the branch. Their branch on Canfield Ave. in Coeur d'Alene is night and day better and the people there are friendly!

Absolutely the worst! My company has had an account with BOA since 2008 (14 years). My employee came to this location earlier today to get change for our tills and was unfairly profiled by the manager... The teller was a gem and helpful but in the middle of her giving him change, the manager bluntly stopped her and said "we are going to need to make those are clean first, we are gonna let him wait for awhile" implying that the bills were possibly counterfeit. Not to mention this has never happened before in our time banking with BOA. It could be understandable if it was a large sum of money but this was a mere change run.Not to mention, in the past months this location has been closed on and off and we have been inconvenienced for long periods of time to drive much further to the target location to drop deposits.Do not bother with this location, go to the target location of you want good customer service.

Very frustrating sometimes. Their business rep is awesome but the rest is something to be said. I tried to make a phone appointment to go over mortgages but they never called me during the designated time for the appointment. It took about 3 weeks to call me back but by then I had moved on to a different bank for my mortgage needs, which is sad because I am a member here. The other frustrating thing is we got all of our cash register coins and change here and some of them ended up being Canadian coins. We obviously didn't give those to our customers and when we tried to take them back at the end of the season we were told they don't take Canadian coins and wouldn't believe us that we got them from this exact bank branch. They also don't roll coins there so we were told to try to bring them in pre-rolled so if that's the case how can you be so certain that you didn't give us the Canadian coins. It's one thing to say policy is we don't take those but another to refuse to admit you would give out less value coinage and make us feel like liars.

Not a good bank. Understaffed, unfriendly, lots of fees, have been a customer over 30 years, absolutely no loyalty or customer service, not competitive, big hassle to try and do loans with, would not bank here.

Geico wrote us a check drawn on this bank for more than 10,000. This bank refused to cash said check claiming federal law, I called the feds, there is no such law, then I was informed that it is bofa policy for non-account holders, this is discrimination, and it is at the banks discretion as to who the check is cashed for. So geico wrote me a bad check drawn on a bank insured by the federal reserve which guarantees these dollars are paid.Beware, any check drawn at bofa, may be denied to non-account holders. There checks are no good, as a person, you shouldn't bank there, as to protect your integrity in the business world.

I've been with BofA for many years and have ALWAYS been treated poorly at this branch! Today a line of 15 customers for 1 teller and 3 people sitting behind desks! Should I really have to stand in line to give them money? And ATM is broken...
