As with prior interactions with the Batteries Plus team, my experience was excellent. They are knowledgeable about batteries and are reliable on the commitments they make to get the product in stock by a certain date.

I gave Batteries Plus one star because I couldn't give them a minus 10. The first battery constantly would not charge. I took it back and they installed another one. It was not able to hold a charge. I finally went to Costco and bought an Interstate battery and it is working fine. Additionally, the second battery they installed was dated 1 1/2 years old! Go anywhere except Batteries Plus.

Another great experience here. I bought a new battery for my lawn mower and asked about another battery. They are going to test it and let me know why it doesn't hold a charge. GREAT PEOPLE!!

Stopped picked up battery didn’t check it. Got to where I going to dirtbike ride, went to install, battery was almost twice the size and would not fit. My fault for not checking, will take back on my way home.

We purchased a battery for a fish finder in Spokane. The battery drained and went bad due to us keeping it in the cold over the winter. The CDA shop replaced our battery for only the cost of shipping, even though we were out of warranty. The customer service was amazing, they went above and beyond. Due to this one exchange, we have purchased our boat and camper batteries here. We also recommend all our friends. It's refreshing to know that customer service isn't dead. You have gained lifelong customers now.

The “technician” cracked my phone screen and wouldn’t acknowledge it. Also, the new battery isn’t compatible with my phone, which I would have loved before paying $70+ for a replacement. Bad service and low quality repair. I am very frustrated and feel like I wasted my money.
