“Once of the best experience I've had at any retailer. My wife came to get a missing part for her trek fuel and was told it wasn't really missing anything. I casually asked if they had an air pump to refill my Giant bike. Again, just handed me àn airpump without any questions. Most places I come from in the east would have found some spare part to sell her or said I had to buy something to use the air. While we were talking, our technician Chris mentioned I could use my Gaia app to interface with the trailforks app. He then used his computer to explain how they can function together to show me options on Gaia and finding new places to ride. He went out of his way and spent at least 10 minutes helping me when he didnt have to. An overall nice person working in retail. Not easy to find these days. Maybe it helps to be in Courr de lene. Àn overall friendly place to visit.”
